No, I saw the race and I can tell you for sure that there were only 16 cars on track including the safety car. Which means only 15 cars were actually racing for the win.

On recount, it seems you're right. It was kind of hard to tell with the funny angle.

Apart from the crashes and racing etiquette, you can see they are really fast drivers in general. Pushing the cars really hard, does certainly look quite a bit different than GT6 in driving, sounds and graphics to me. Good step in right direction, another "50%" to go.

I like how this is rather an accurate representation of the quality of online racers. Crashes and spins every lap. Needs more gamer rage on headsets.

Well that tells us something about the physics: there's no collision between the road and the bottom of the car, so you can't ground the cars out.

The impact of the Ferrari didn't look too bad. At least it didn't bounce around like crazy as it was sometimes the case in previous games.

Yeah noticed that too...I mean what have they been doing fot the last 2,5 years!? Not months, YEARS!? I thought the PS4 was easy to develop for and had huge amounts of ram...man I don't know. You can only hope this game will get the same overhaul in the last months as GT3 did back then. It transformed from a good looking game to the best looking game.
