Graphics are fantastic imo. The sounds are a lot better than GT6. Tracks look great. Wish they'd tone down the tyres though.

They forgot to disable "Bloom" in SweetFX. And to enable SMAA.

Time for first impressions. What do you guys think?

It all started being really promising but they've got 6 month to improve the sounds, some how introduce damage, improve the net code, stabalize the FPS, fix graphical hitches and add day/night cycles plus weather.

Not good enough I'm afraid.

So listening to the Z4 GT3 during the stream and it still doesnt sound like a v8. Where has the talent gone with that forza guy on the team.

The sounds were improved judging from the twitch stream. But still Mike shouldnt be treated like some kind of savior in my opinion.

I don't get the Mike Hype at all from GT fans, because one guy can't change a thing if the team is incapable of doing what he wants and at Turn 10 guys like Nik, Chase and Adam let the magic happen.

Time for first impressions. What do you guys think?

Overall as a base I'd say the game has potential. Still has lots of work to be done but of course right now it is a beta. I think after the community event tomorrow, PD will know where they stand. To think though that PD remade plenty of the assets from the ground up shows that they have been busy.

I see some improvements in the sound department but right now it's decent at best.

There could have been at least 3 different trailers to play.

The way they chucked Toni though shame.

Jordan did well I must say.

The event itself looked pretty decent.

My opinions: Ok, the graphics weren't the best, but this is a Esports early build so it was kind of expected, sounds were awesome, but a bit more polish and we are good, the new cars, bruh , and the tracks, bruh !!

I will give it a 7.2/10 . Can't wait for next week's N24 and E3's footage!!

Still looking forward to playing the game, although as it stands we're gonna need to see more in depth information about the game component as opposed to how the online racing works to really start to build a bit of hype.

I could pretend I'm not convinced I'm getting it day 1 but why bother. It's GT and it looks good enough for a purchase. I'm a corporate chump, what can I say!

What a shame Gran Turismo is the main reason that prevented me from switching to Xbox I have been playing Gran Turismo since Ps2 days. I even bought the t300rs racing wheel. I honestly don't think that it was worth the wait,GT sport is still playing catch up to all the other games Assetto Corsa, Forza and project cars.

As far as I know, GT5 is okay if not bit on low quality. In GT6 the bloom effect goes up to eleven with the HDR effect Polyphony added.
