Odd AI slow-down. Happened the instant I crosser the finish line. Is the rubber banding slowing down cars ahead slightly each time when starting a new lap?

What do u think about this guys? Was it my fault or the guy was being too aggressive?
Extremely annoying on the last turn losing 5 positions. They guy received a penalty but still managed to finish in front of me.

This would NEVER happen in the European servers, I've been on both US and EU side servers, people race alot more cleanly on the US side.

Raced against that guy a few days ago, he's a dirty racer.

Had a great race today in the 86GRMN at Alsace, top 3 were covered by just 0.5 seconds at the end!

Mind the gap and the bad language if there is any

 

I've come to expect glitches in this game, but that doesn't make them any less annoying.
