GT Vision Cars when is the next one?

The AMG has been out since launch. does anyone know the release date of the next one (Alpha Romeo)? or the ones after that?

If I had to guess, and given the number of GT Vision manufacturers there are, I would say they are going to release one every month when they release their updates (given that Kaz has said before there will be updates every month) so, if that's the case, we should get the next one this month when the 1.03 update comes (whenever that is). Of course, I could be completely wrong and just talking 🤬, which wouldn't be at all out of character for me

first post here, i just got the game and dig it. I was wondering if buying the first AMG was worth it at 1Mil credits? can this car be used on races or is it just a novelty? I have just been winning cars so far and im just at the iB level. I got the game when it was $40 (post-release) so i didnt get all the pre-order cars.

Thanks! and i dig the forums. i might try to jump into a league once i get some free time.

Since every race is set at a PP limit (and only a few have more stringent requirements, such as "Normal Car" or from a specific country), as long as the AMG meets the PP limit you can use it in any race. (Note the initial PP is 584; that'll get you into the majority of races, if the PP is less (say, 550) you can mess with the ballast and Power settings (i.e. reduce the percentage from 100%) to get it to the 550 threshold, this actually is a good tip for ANY race where you have a car that is over by 1-40 PP).

i wondered what ballast was for. Thanks for the tip. that'll come in handy to tweak my settings down to the PP limit when i'm slightly overpowered.

sidenote: do races get more competitive at higher levels? at my low levels it seems typically my car is overpowered and i just sprint in front of a few AI guys. I'm hoping either the AI gets better at higher levels or else online is maybe the way to go, (once they fire that up). I could also try bumping up AI aggression settings, right now i have it set at 5.
