True. The average level of maturity and intelligence is horrid on youtube. I can't tell you how many flame wars I've had over there with some STUPID MF's. Half of them are idiots who know how to spell & punctuate the English language, yet refuse to do so, probably in an effort to look "cool". Youtube is riduculous. There seem to be absolutely no rules about who can comment on anything.
