Far as the game/race in progress save, it's a huge disappointment to be fored to complete the race before you can do anything else in game...

Then there's the replay editor, or lack of therein...👎

My big issue with DLC as far as tracks go is that El Capitan and Seattle as well as New York should have been in it along with many others. This re doing of tracks for DLC wouldn't have been hard for PD. Especially seeing as they are original tracks that don't need a license. I guess nostalgia isn't something they care for.

Generally im impressed but think they cocked up the online section where you can stipulate vehicle tuning, select prohibited and 1st thought was great but if you have applied even 1 little tuning part and unclicked it rendering it not on vehicle you still cannot enter it so the tuning sheet holding 3 different tunes is a fail really. Now need 2 of every car to be able to race 1 tuned and 1 not tuned.

totally agree was looking forward to the endurance races , now i'm not gonna bother.. isn't the whole point of saving so you can come back to it when you want

Kaz drove the 24h enduro, so should you!!! nah seriously it is a bit sad.

With Spec 2.0 I think a great game got even better. I think people have been hyping each other into expecting much more, but looking at it, PD delivered a lot with this update. It wasn't the release of GT6.

However, the DCL is vey disappointing. I was hoping for more cars, but I can live with it. But tracks. Only one single new track. Sure, its a great one, but still. I did expect all GT4 tracks to be added. I don't think it deserves to be called a track Pack

For me the most dissapointing feature is the interiorviewofhe standard cars.

Complete and utterwaste of time. Beyond belief that pd/Sony would allow suchpoor visuals in such a highly regarded franchise.

And before the fan boys come and start defending this shocking feature.... You might want to take a chill pill and start thinking rationally. Had forza been released with such shocking interior visuals 100% of you fan boys would be laughing your asses off.

The least pd shouldve done was upgradesome (ifnot all) ofthe standard cars to premium models. The game was just fine in first person view. This new view just degrades the game. In my opinion.

I'm a fan and as I fan I can express both positive and negative views

With the added DLC button on the First screen, I don't think people are thinking about the future posiblities.....💡 DLC is usually an ongoing thing until a new version is released, right....?

The last part that I bolded sums up what a true fan is, not some blind faithful that things nothing can ever go wrong. Great job

I was happy with the update, till I saw that they reduced the prize money, now you only get 168k in the Ferrari Event.

Nooooooooooooooooo! Why PD, Whyyyyyy?

I'm sure GT tracks are to follow Johan. This is a money thing. PD know will pay 5$ for Spa, then will pay another 5$ for all GT tracks.

Doesn't this now increase the more you play the game...? or did I miss something?:odd:

I wish to participate in flaming the OP that such a thread has to exist.

**** *** all.

It's about time PD employed some sodding staff. Are you reading this Kaz? Expand to meet demand!

I honestly expected about 25 tracks in a huge DLC pack, now I know that it's all going to be for GT6. It's one of those mornings where I am dumbfounded. I didn't expect a hell of a lot, but Spec 2.0, again, is another example pf Polyphony woefully undelivering.

Hire some fricken' staff Yamauchi!

I find it amazing that you can call Spa disapointing. It was by far the most popular and talked about circuit on these forums since well before GT5 was released. Considering what iRacing charge per track, this is a bargain.

I haven't seen the update yet but let's say:
"Never look a gift horse in the mouth"
I don't care if the update only has tiny stuff to offer...it's FREE, guys! Come on...

But when PD offers payable DLC then I will expect something for my money,,,
Especially tracks!

Whilst I'm disappointed with some of the Spec 2.0 update, to expect 25 new tracks is really far too much.

Disappointed?? What you on about? The update amazing :) i love the new nascars and photo mode. Plus what do you lot expect? Its free

There's no disappointment from me for this update, a great job by PD:tup:

The only problem I have is there are still no online leaderboards, but I do have the other game ordered so this should meat my expectations in that department:tup:

GT and Forza fan here, the joy of owning both consoles :)

Leaderboards should have been in since day one, what are PD doing in this respect?

Great update though, maybe the year 2020 we may have leaderboards :sly:

My only dissapointment is we can see the test track in the new intro but it isn't included as far was we know. Otherwise I am quite happy. (Some road cars would have been nice)

Yes, but even with 200% bonus you only get 336k at la sarthe, and half the xp:mad:

" This will apply to all events both online and offline, so logging in every day will make the game progress faster."

Yeah right PD:banghead:

Again, 2.0 isn't a disappointment at all. It offers good new stuff and is for free!
The only disappointment so far is the list of what the new DLC will deliever. Way to expensive and nearly (except Spa) no stuff added what fans wanted!!!

I was hoping they would release a track pack with a collection of the old PS2 GT tracks remastered.

25 tracks? lol wut. Do you realise how much work goes into tracks? iRacing sells them at $11.95 a track (Albiet laser scanned and only real world tracks). Thats just under $300, you want 25 tracks for what? $15?

2.0 hasnt disapointed because it gave exactly what it said it was giving, so if werent disapointed before it was released then you shouldn't be disapointed now. If you're disapointed because you expected 25 tracks in one DLC release, its your own fault for being stupid.

Lack of leaderboards is also a huge downer. Specially since it worked so well in Prologue.

Really hope they do something about this soon!
