Has anyone outside the US ever bought anything from gamestop?
I'm from Brazil and pre-ordered it, but never bought anything from gamestop before. Will it come fast? any possibility of losing my CE?

A friend of mine once bought a CE of a game of estarland.com and never received it, it was a tough fight to get the money back... and actually I wouldn't want my money back, I'd want the game.

How about pre-order of limited edition in EU?Or I should import from NA?Where I can pre-order a limited edition of GT5?Please answer!!!(McLaren F1 mentioned in limited edition!)

Watch EU playstation blog, I read that in next 2 weeks they are going to announce collector's edition details for Europe.

No words for Australian release yet. I really want to preorder this now but a bit worried about the online. If I buy the US version can I play online with my Aussie mates?

Does anyone know if the GTR diecast has a glass cover/lid over the top of it as it would make it very convenient when cleaning as it gets quite dusty.
Is it a worldwide release date and where can i preorder a EU collector's edition??

What does CE mean does it mean EU???

I believe it stands for "Collector's Edition" :)

Ordered mine today from the Gamestop 8 minutes from my house !

someone said they ordered from ebgames.com and he's listed as being in toronto.

.com is United States and .ca is Canada.

I called GameStop Canada and they said they had no info on the Collector's Edition, but could pre-oder the U.S. (.com) C.E. but may pay more for duty/shipping and/or sales taxes) Canadian purchaser.

Wow, really, thanks, cause I didn't know.

I will be pre-ordering the CE at game UK as soon as I see it on their website

not that any of you care :)

It would be even better if they threw in a decent wheel into it to make a bundle with GT5:CE + decent wheel for about £150 or so

For the people who are going to Gamestop now and tomorrow, I recently called them and said there is no SKU for CE preorders and said by Friday they should have it. Soo call before you go so you don't waste your time and gas :]

I preordered the normal edition and gamestop is going to change it to the CE for me when the SKU comes.

Man I can't tell ya what a feeding frenzy this whole pre-emtive GT5 stuff is. ISN'T IT GREAT........YAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Yes they do! :dunce:
Can you please post a link because I can't find the Collector's Edition anywhere on their Canadian site.

:scared:

Ultimate edition with tracks editor ????
 I want it! Maybe this is the 3 blu-ray set???

Ultimate edition, holy crap. The price is getting a bit steep. Does the date also say 30th November? (I know it's not a Sony date but it might be more likely now.)
Yeah but it says November 30th for all 3 versions. I wouldn't trust retailer's release dates they're usually not accurate until really close to release.

I'm considering ordering this from Gamestop. Anyone ordered from them in the past? Are they reliable enough to the game to me on or before November 2nd? All help appreciated! ;)

Wish Sony and Polyphony would hurry up on UK/EU details :( I want this so much and now the ultimate edition :scared:

Clearly yes! Even If I already pre ordered a Special Edition (before the ultimate was put online), I'd like to know quickly the difference between them!

I put down an order at my local GameStop for the collector's edition. It's in between work and home :) so on the afternoon of November 2nd I'll be out of communication.

@ The Gran Finale
I've pre-ordered 2 games from GS before, and it went as smooth as could be. GTAIV was a midnight release, so I just went up there with my receipt, and we checked in before midnight, then got in line. As soon as 12 hit, they just started grabbing them off the stack and handing them to us in line as we walked to the front. Took like 5 minutes to get my copy and walk out.
When I got MGS4, there was no midnight release, so I just swung by on my lunch break and showed them the receipt, they handed it over and I walked right back out. Easy as pie. GameStop has a pretty painless preorder procedure. (Say that 4 times fast)
