So to clarify... You are unable to change wheels on standard cars? Is there a source proving you can or can't?
Are we able to change the colour still?

No, EULA's have no lawful base in the Netherlands as you (usually) can't read them before purchase ;). In fact you should be able to an EULA in a gameshop before an EULA would be lawful here.
EULAs are secondary to general copyright law. Now, I have no idea how it is over there, but here, if something has the copyright symbol on it, that means you cannot reproduce any of the item in part or in full without written permission from the copyright owner. In this case, people recorded the game running on their TV without permission from SONY.

Eulas dont matter in countries that dont have laws restricting use. What he is saying is correct if his countries laws dont enforce copyright infringement.

Ah so there would be no EULA of any description on the Netherlands packaging then? I bet companies hate releasing stuff over there, lol

One more reason to move there though me thinks, I guess their government actually trusts it's population to have respect for Intellectual Property, you don't get that very often in society these days.

Just thinking, have we seen arcade mode yet? There might be more tracks there or variations.

We have seen practice but that's in GT mode.

I'm just re-posting this to get someones opinion.

It's nonsense, since you made the video yourself. And that video of the stuff SCEA wants cannot be banned,a s this was your own home vid and there's nothing wrong with that.

That's also why there are so many F1 races recorded with a camera on youtube ;). FIA can't do anything against these.

That would be Formula One Management that can request your videos to be removed due to copyright claim.

SONY, I'm really starting to hate you! You should really do something for the people willing to give you their hard-earned money. It's a very ****ed up way to treat your customers. If you look a the whole picture it almost seems as SONY doesn't actually want people to know that GT5 exists.

Looks to me that Sony is more busy are trying to censor all leak out on the WWW, instead of getting busy to release the game or at the very least announce to us what the hold up is... :grumpy: 👎 👎 👎 :ouch:

we might as well Wait for GT6, it wouldn't make a difference by now.

Talking about this...i remember when i play the GT5 Prologue...we can´t tuning our cars until we get the A license...maybe we could change more parts or rims of the cars progressing at the game. We don´t know that.

I understand a lot of people are frustrated with the current situation, but if someone adds a post you find irrelevant to this thread, or irritating, just ignore it. Getting personal here is not productive nor cool. Cheers.

we have only seen day/night on toscana...............................

In terms of vehicle customisation and online we have yet to see either aspect put through its paces, to actually compare GT5 to forza, in that regard.

some people is lost or lost their mind...:S

Yes they might. But I'm seeing more and more that those home filming vids are usually not removed, while a direct rip from the cable- or satellite receiver are removed within hours.:dunce:

First of all, thats a very imature statement, i cant build a game since im not at developer/programmer. But with PD resources and skills, they could balande the game better. If other developers can do it, PD can do it aswell.

Time wize and hardware wize? The Ps3 could definatly handle rims for svery car in game, and body kits, advande modding etc. It was done in forza 3, and it could be done in gt5. They had 5-6 years to develope gt5.

/I eat, sleep, breathe Forza *sarcasm*
You havnt played the game yet so how can you make the assumptions you have?

Exactly my point. You can't walk thru a closed door without opening it first. Play the game first, then critic it.

Yeah, direct feed is FOM content (they supplied it after all), video cam capture from the track yourself is not fully FOM content.
