I'm going to start to build up my race setup. Maybe I will buy a G27. I'm now using the GT wheel. Does anyone now some kind of frame ? I have a pair of racing seats , but no frame. I don't want to buy another racing seat. Any suggestions ?

yep. my custom setup is using pvc, plywood and a seat removed from my project car.

Micorsoft did it with the Forza series and look at how good F2 F3 are ??

Turn 10 still made Forza 2 and 3 so I still don't see the reason Sony should get rid of Polyphony Digital.

hahah why did you change your post? i was just about to respond with..they collaborated and were part of the development process but it wasn't cause of the game that influenced the decision to sell them in NA..

Because of that reason I had read your post wrong, but yeah anyway in answer to your post, I think its because people in the USA fell in love with Japanese cars because of Gran Turismo, because just think about it, before Gran Turismo there was no game that gave you this chance of playing with real cars and a realistc physics etc

And if you think you're right, then say something. Go on, say it. Say your thoughts on this whole S/P theory. No? I thought so.

Nice temper-tantrum. I remember those, 20 years ago, beating my hands and fist on the ground over some unimportant 'issue' while my parents stared at me, surely thinking i was an idiot...

to answer your question:
No, I don't know what S/P means... nor do you. However; i feel comfortable saying that the proposed definition of S/P is wrong... and a guess... not definitive... not fact (as insinuated)

So...I wonder how many colors are actually in GT5. I mean...every car company has their own set of colors, right...soo...what...roughly 3000 colors or so?

Check the manual to see if it mentions the Piazza del Campo or El Capitan!
Have any of the people who got the game early tested the Course Maker?

Does anyone know if it's actualy possible to put your own made decals on the cars? Yeah exactly like you can do in Forza. Or is it still unknown?

I'm perfectly happy with the premium car count. Pretty sure i wouldn't use any more than ....40/50% and any that are required for any events. At the same time I don't think there will be any events that "need" a particular standard car to progress.

What I was wondering is if when you paint one car, you "spend" 1 paint item. Or if its just what the most logical answer says: When you buy a car, you unlock all the colors with it.

Because in some of the videos, when the guy earned the Miata, it only earned 1 paint item (Sunburst Yellow).

Well alright.. I can be without it. I just hope it will be in next game :) Cause you can make your car more original then :) Oh well.. could it become a DLC maybe...

3000 pages already? It took us since '07 to reach 2000, yet we've somehow managed to make half that many posts in less than a week. :odd:
Hell, in '07 I hadn't even heard of GT4 let alone 5! I suppose it just goes to show how much intrest the game has gained over the last couple of years.

Altough you can make your cars original and make it fit you better. Some cars I met when I played Forza2/3 looked horrible. So there might be good sides without a livery editor to.

Im hoping we can paint standard cars, it would just be too annoying if we can't. I know you can't paint their wheels, but they haven't said anything about the body.

I want a blue 190e EVO II

Just came back from jury duty and i'm so happy about this news.
