No day/night transition on the Top Gear test track ???

That's a pretty good point actually. That and the E3 '09 Trailer also featured the Mazda 787B and some other car racing along a runway at dusk, there was another one also with a business jet (same one maybe..? can't remember). Maybe they had plans for day/night transition for the Top Gear Test Track but dropped it - like a deleted scene from a movie.

Some tracks have had dusk as a fixed time. Alas, leaked videos of this track from the final build appear to be mid-day fixed.

Such a pity that the Top Gear track doesn't have a "wet" version at least. OR dramatic clouds in the sky as there usually are on the show. All these little things that would make a BIG difference to fans seem to fly over the heads of PD.

Go any play Forza then and don't buy the game.

Give them some credit where it's due, in fact, don't do anything cause none of you have played it yet for it to be relevant!

if you get a few quiet moments sometime could you start a new moaners thread so we can read the new info and discussions without having to go through all the whiners, it's making me feel like booking a room at a Swiss clinic. All these poor people with their lives ruined and no future! Sob.....it is just so.....so sad.

BUT HEY PUT YOUR HAPPY FACE ON 'CAUSE IN LESS THAN TWO WEEKS WE'S GONNA BE RACING AND A' CRUISING AND TEARING IT UP ON GT5!


Oh and have DP ever given out a full car and track list before launch before?
You never know I think there could be some hidden gems to be unlocked!

& He say's you can change your home theme , & you have 12 color for your driver clothes
 
Regarding the GT5 watch contest, the zip code entry line is asking for 6 digits intead of just 5. That's why it won't let you enter the contest. I decided to add a zero in front of my zip code just to see what would happen, and it let me enter. So no, the contest is not already over.

I know eh? my gosh... get a grip! the fact that Top Gear test track is in it alone makes me want to buy the game and pretend to be Ben Collins! (costume and all)

Why 6 digits when the entire US uses a 5 digit code?

If he realy have GT5 tell him that whole community want to know if you can change rims on standard cars and if there are more tracks than in official track list 👍

:nervous: Please, please I hope not to have a million articles to sort through like in TT!

Also, if you can change suit/helmet color, and the default is white I don't see many players utilizing this feature.

I was thinking the same thing in regards to your third point. Or are we a little too optamistic?..
 
Probably best to assume that this list of cars and tracks is final otherwise there's going to be even more complaining come release day when people find out that there aren't any hidden tracks or cars.

If there is some stuff not on that list then it's good, but as it is there are still plenty of tracks and cars.

I am sure there will be, people seem to forget that this is a possibility on PS3.
They can add tracks, cars and whatever else anyone would want at a later stage

actually it is only 27 tracks in various iterations, same for the cars, all we're saying is that some old favourites like seattle could be added later. nothing wrong with that, is there
