From the Q&A forum, the 6 button function just like Prologue. That means you still have to map the G25/27 through the DFGT map. No official support for the wheel at all, it will function perfectly of course.

I've tried mapping the G27 with the DFGT buttons etc, this is not possible. The wheel works, but I'm unable to change the button layout etc.. I've tried to change all the different wheel without any luck :S

I personally wouldn't own that over a nice G25/G27 or DFGT with pedals, feels alot more realistic, but that's definitely great for arcade racers or something, or even a casual GT player. It's like in the middle, not a G27 and not a normal controller.

My first impressions are graphics: premium cars are about the same as prologue ( if premiums are next gen graphics theres not much hope for the ps4) std are clearly a little bit grainy. shadows: well erm sometimes they are there sometimes there not, starting grid shadows are laughable. sound: there is a strange/annoying stereo effect at times but the biggest bummer is the echo when you entered a tunnel has gone. all in all it looks like a bigger prologue. Still I am very happy to be playing it.

You people do realize (maybe not) the game doesn't release until tomorrow. Why would the servers be running at full speed today? Common sense folks...use it

Because the truth is they are, reviewers will be using it to do their reviews. game servers NEVER just switch on at midnight. they go on before and you know this. Stop defending all the time.
Deep down we all know that online will be laggy and poor but we defend. same as damage, sound etc! just accept i guys!

I have no idea what your rambling on about, but use a little commin logic next time you want to try and negate what I'm trying to say. Troll a little harder.
 
Woohh ! Friend of mine got a text message from the game retailer that he could pick up his game now (few hours ago). So we went to the shop after school and he has got it now.
The shop is GameMania (the one in Sittard for the people asking).

The premiums exist as models to be used in future powerful consoles and displays, which a PS3 and current 1080p TV are not capable of showing. You have seen 18mp still images of the premium models, that is how they can be in real time 60fps on a more powerful console and with a TV of super high resolution. The model work is already done, PS3 can't show it.

U know exactly what i mean. People come on here with their issues with teh game, and people like YOU come and defend those issues like u know it all. It's simple, there are problems with the online and there will be. END OF. People dont need u to tell them to use their common sense. so there u go your the troll dude!

If you look in other forums u will see that people are actually racing online but with issues and error messages all the time.

The AUP is still not optional. I dislike being ignored. Do not do this again.

People like me? First of all Kid you have no idea what your talking about. You can try the " you not me" deal thats fine. I've got better things to do than to get into an online arguemnt with someone who has no clue to whats going on. Enjoy!

How can you say that they're problems with the online when the servers do not go up fully until tomorrow?Let the servers go up then if they're problems then you can complain.Oh and ''text speak'' is not allowed meaning that you can not use ''u'' in place of ''you''.Please adhere to the rules in the AUP as they are not an option.You can go and read it here: https://www.gtplanet.net/aup/

Don't show up in Extreme Series in A-Spec.

Anyone got B-Spec to 20 yet ? :) I guess not.

Why am I sure that as in GT4, Endurance races will unlock and have their own icon to be chosen?
 
Hey guys, this is my first post this site, but I want to get a wheel for this game... the G25/27 looked interesting as the have the clutch setup... but they don't have handbrakes... which to me is weird, have the manufacturers not think that a handbrake is useful in racing, especially in drifting?

So how the heck do you handbrake then?
