Okey, so it took you "Kolme" days to finish GT5? It could only happen to a Finn![]()
Yep.
I also got a Ticket 1000. It gave me a BMW 330. I'm a bit dissapointed... I guess it could have been anything.

There is no quick tune, another thing they removed from Prologue. Actually the prologue seems like a more complete game, it didn`t try to be anything more than it was, but GT5 tries really hard to be everything, and fails, big time. GT5 should have been the Prologue, and the Prologue should have been GT5

Then how are you supposed to tune the ride height?, suspension stiffness?, etc...
Damm this Game
I've now Bought 2 Copies of the Game one on Launch Night then a 320GB/CE Bundle and Today I bought a DFGT Wheel
Thats not the Reason I say "Damm Though"
Its because after 2 hours of trying to get the Goddam Wheel to Work I figured I better Plug the Foot Pedals in , this is after Ringing Logitech Support
But wait theres Worse to Come , Guess what Idiot took the Packing Box Apart looked in Every Nook an Cranny inside every page an Peice of Paper .
Me and What for you Ask , Well I was Trying to Find the GT Logo Sticker for the Wheel
Jeezus just aswell I didn't ask Logitec for my Sticker![]()
Quick question. Has anyone here tried both the DFGT and the G27? If, is it worth upgrading and does the G27 feel smoother and is it less noisy?
I have a G27, never had a DFGT, I will say that it is very quiet, can't compare it to the DFGT but the noise is a non factor. I ask myself would I like to drive with a clutch pedal? The answer for me was yes, so I went with the G27. You don't have to use the clutch pedal by the way.
Is being connected online with GT5 still Slowing down menus etc.... or is it safe to go online so I could patch my gt5 ?
I didn't notice any slow downs today, the game ran pretty smooth all the time.![]()
I'm rather disappointed with the AI for some particular races. The Monza Ferrari challenge has the same poor AI controlling the Ferrari Enzo that does that swerve right before the first chicane every single race without fail. So far the tuning aspect is a far cry from Forza 3. Now that was tuning done down to a science. Otherwise GT5 is still pretty decent game.
*Full Disclosure: There's been one Jalopnik car pack for FM3 and one more on the way. But that doesn't mean we're biased. We'd love a GT5 car pack as well. Apparently Kazunori Yamauchi, GT5's cultish scion, said he'd like to see one happen too.
If you put a carat on a stick in front of you ..you'll never get to eat it either !!!
I believe when it happens .. thanks for the read.
I acutally think that we're going to see quite a bit of car DLC in the future. The fact that Kaz said that he doesn't know if GT6 will be a PS3 game gives me the impression that it's very possible that it's going to be a PS4 title (maybe a launch title?). So they'll have plenty of time to release cars as DLC, and possibly a track or two.

Just thought I'd share a neat little feature. It was my birthday yesterday and if you log into GT5 through the PSN on your birthday you get a bonus car from your year of birth! I got an 86 Celica.
I apologise if this is mentioned elsewhere, I did a search and could not find.
They'd only sell a single copy thoughThere was talks of a PC release at some point for the chinese market. That would be the way to go....
