GT5 Sound delay

My sound has a delay to it on GT5, I was wondering if anyone else had this? and should I just save my game data and reinstall it?

Is the delay constant?

Ever since I added my own personal BGM, when starting an a-spec race the sound will cut out and back in, for just a split second, presumably while the PS3 is loading the song

How great is the delay? All systems have it... it's just a matter of how much.

A prime example would be Rock Band 2 or 3, with a Rock Band 2 guitar. It has a built in sensor that calibrates your Audio and Video. Just a few milliseconds can make a difference. In Rock Band you can compensate... in GT5, you can not.
