GT6 still possible to get Red bull challenges or Vision GT?

Q: Can you still get Red Bull X challenges and/or vision GT cars on 1.22?

So, right now I have GT6 with version 1.00. I am thinking of updating to 1.22 but to do that, i will need to delete other games, which I wouldn't usually want to do. If I do update to 1.22, will that open up the Red Bull X challenge (not appearing right now, at license International A) or similarly, will it add Vision GT cars or other items like Mercedes Benz Racing Series?

Updating the game will add the red bull challenge and the VGT cars but you will need to buy the cars, $1,000,000 each.
