Not my day today. Had two early morning Race A's to start my day and both were a disaster.

I'll chill for today

I am feeling the same at the moment, I’ll be moving back to B because there is time to be found there and I like the Citroen and the track, Race A will be a filler here and there to break it up, it’s just not worth the hassle to set yourself up for a race and be dinged out first corner 😁

Seat arrives tomorrow ffs! So maybe tomorrow night
I'm sure you could fashion a temporary seat out of all the cardboard boxes and polystyrene? 🤔😬

But seriously, great times, I used to be able to get within half a second of you but lately it’s more like sec or more! And I’m putting hours in at the moment, jeez
You're leaving time on the table in race B, you've been 3 or so tenths faster than me for a few months but your a full half a second off me in race B so youre missing a trick somewhere I think.

I’m a B rated driver punching above his weight by many more factors than should be allowed 🤣

Bloody hell! Stay out of my races in the B lobby then please 😂😂😂😂 I had the lap of my life and still don’t boy got 1.14.6xx

I can only manage a 1:15.4 in B 😢

I found some extra time being patient in 3 or 4 of the turns and letting the car coast a little more than I wanted to and it really helped get the power down on the way out. T1 and the last 3 corners mostlyf

And that’s absolutely fine, just work on being able to get within a couple of tenths each lap and it will drop.

Turn your own ghost on and put it .2/3 ahead and reset it at sectors and play with coasting earlier or braking earlier more gently or just brake and coast + trust patience, you don’t have to be busy all of the time.

It will come mate, less try more focus on in the line right in this corner, if yes and repeatable start adding a bit more early throttle or coming off the brakes earlier, experiment with techniques that matter not binary stuff

Here's some Race A vids from this morning (with the overlay for @newmedia_dev 😁)

People were talking about the standing starts in the PP so I thought I'd share how I do them. I nail the throttle, and when the wheelspin starts, I ease up a little. It creates a good gap.

Also, for Race A this week, try to cover over T1. As you can see in the vid, the blue and white car went for the fast line and spent too much time exposed to the others.

And here's my fast lap from the race 59.828 (starts at 6 seconds)

I really dont like the Peugeot hybrid thing, what cars are doing the best or at least competitive in race C? Id be happy to drive any proper LMP from any era tbh

Abysmal night in Race B, made my fair share of errors but also relentlessly shoved off the track. Seems some folks have figured the Genesis is more stable than the Citroen and just barge their way through, using Citroens as corner stoppers to make turns. Just insane how much they can get away with and not get a penalty. Like literally all 5 races I was pushed off the road.

787b is the only competitive one.
It struggles on the infield part but on the oval zones you will leave the hybrids behind like sittings ducks.
They cant catch you not even with slipstream.

The problem lies on how it handles on the technical sector. Understeers and oversteers a lot meanwhile the Peugeots are glued to the track with an absurd grip.

Man I am annoyed with this one...

First race (last night) and started in P12 on 2nd account. Knew it was the long-game so did not take big risks, just clear opportunities. Was in up in P8 by lap 4 and very happy at that point. Unfortunately, the lap before, I overtook a guy as he went a bit wide fighting and left the door open for me...

We gently touched, literally the softest possible of touches, as I went by (made sure to barely tap him) but he couldn't take it... Next lap, as I was trying to overtake a car I was faster than, I went a bit wide to avoid contact and the dude from before saw the opportunity and didn't hesitate! Damage, down to P14 and annoyed, I kept racing and had a nice last 2 laps to overtake for P13 finish but oh, what could have been....

Also, nice time @newmedia_dev ! Hope I get to ruin it for you 🤪 🤣

I don't recall EVER running this version of Sardegna (Race A) but am not hating it at all, lol. If I can start hitting things with some consistency, racing here is gonna be fun.

I'm just hoping everyone else owns their ride AND takes the time to put the air filter, header and exhaust on for the races. Makes not one bit of performance difference but makes replays sound WAY better. 😁

Yeah. Back to one race for the week for me - Interlagos, I am liking that one 😁

You think it will be B or C? I’ve never raced that or Suzuka so looking forward to a fun week of two choices as I’ve been focusing just on B this week!

Where we at on the rig 👀

Also guys my friends list is a bit lonely 😂😂 add me if you fancy PSN: stringerb2605
