How good do the sunsets and sunrises look?! The colours and lighting during sunset and sunrise are insane and I just stop and stare at it. Also the water and waves look very very realistic.

I seriously hope GTA V makes it to PC or next gen, will look so much better at 60fps and with less aliasing.

They look fantastic. Orange, red, yellow, purple, blue, all sorts of shading.

Kinda broke a Karin Rebel that I planned on keeping for a while. Off-roading too hard. Front right control arm or something broken and the wheel locked up.

Everything is just simply breathtaking. Don't worry, GTA V will make it to PC.

And have you seen a full lightning storm yet? That was amazing! Lightning strucks all over the place really awesome.

Yes! Thunder storms are so epic, only had one in about 30 hours of gameplay and it was intense. Love how the controller shakes to match the thunder. I like how when it rains it gradually builds up and lasts for quite a long time.

I'm enjoying the Rebel quite a bit, though the first time I found one I got a little too overzealous and sped over a small hill, rolled over in the air and landed on the nose, surprisingly causing it to explode as soon as it hit the ground. :scared:

I haven't seen lightning strikes yet but I've experienced storms. Odd as I have 35 hours into this game.

oh I have out in the desert. Lots of lightning some strikes. Controller vibrating, but no snow.

Is PS3 HDD space related to frame-rate? I have 4GB left and have to suffer with 15 FPS at all times for some reason, dying to play through but its like its telling me to go away

I can't see why that would be related to frame rate.
If you wouldn't live so far away from me I'd send you my old 40GB HDD which I replaced for a 250GB in my old fatty. That way you could just test and see what the difference is.

I have under 1gb left and I'm getting roughly 30-35, doesn't tend to drop below that too much if at all. Most of what I worry about is slow texture loading, its between IV and San Andreas. IV was good about it, San Andreas was rough, so it's in between.

I'm tempted to write up a full in-depth review.

I'm also experiencing occasionally 15-20 FPS, and I have +140GB of free space.

The only time I've see it go that low was during a very very very complex and detailed mission, usually when a lot is going on. One of them was a heist and it kept on freezing up for a moment, but not longer than a second.

Edit:

First 3 days out and GTA V has already brought in over $1 billion.

In the first 24 hours, the game brought in $800 million, and is the fastest product to achieve such a milestone.

I would have to ask, are you playing the disc or digital? If it's digital that would be the problem, Since I posted on the Disc vs digital topic about a story that the more you play GTA on Digital the worse it will get due to the HD cannot keep up the transfer rate.

I've got the disc, but since I'm "not trained" in FPS (sorry if it sounded so), it might have been more... :boggled:

Alright. I'm getting desperate now.

What can I do to get a large amount of money with relative ease and not have cops kill me for doing it? I am constantly dying and my money keeps on dropping down. I just accidentally bought crap for a pistol because I couldn't see the message telling me to buy a shotgun with a flashlight. So that just negated a huge amount of cash.

Beat the story. I won't ruin it for you, but by the end you will have more cash than you know what to do with.

That really isn't going to cut it. You don't understand. I die on average, 3-4 times A DAY. I am going to be broke soon. I have ~$800 left.

I hate to break it to you, but

You're telling me that $60 million isn't going to cut it? IIRC, no GTA has ever had that high of a story ending payout

This is a rhetorical question not something I want an answer for!

The last heist best be a lot because some properties like for instance the Golf Club costs a cool 150,000,000!
