Street races only show up at night, not sure the exact times. As for the strangers the last few only appear based on you completing certain tasks. The Epilson missions are also only available once you visit their website with Michael. Also remember things like bounty hunting are part of it but unmarked after first talking to Maude.

Alright, thanks. Didn't know about the Eplison thing with Michael, I'll try it out tomorrow.

I was out in the wild trying to un-blur a mountain. I saw a narrow path on the map, thinking I could follow it and un-blur that strip of land. As I was going up, my car stopped working. I had been driving in a very small stream and my Comet got hydro-locked. I got out of the car and that was the end of that.

I think I lost a car on that same little stream, was looking for a letter scrap there, hit a deepish part of water and my car lost all power.

There is a lesson here . Don't take something that prized into the wilderness, take a stolen car or 4x4 .

I know.

But I'm used to offroading in supercars. I climbed Mt. Chilliad in a Comet, Banshee, Bullet GT, and I plan to add other supercars to that list. Yes, this includes driving the Truffade Adder all the way up and over Mt. Chilliad.

I lost Trevor's truck in a stream. It wasn't even close to getting hydro locked but the Mae wouldn't let me get in it.

I got bored so I literally poured a whole brand new gas can in and on it and watched it burn. It was amazing.

I was laughing at my friend telling me all of the screwed up deaths he has had on this game.

He told me that he went to steal a jumbo jet. There was one conveniently on the runway that just had landed, so he went to try to steal it. While walking up to it, he got sucked into the turbine and was shot out of the back.

Then he flew a jumbo jet, and did a barrel roll and jumped out while upside down, and got sucked into the turbine.

Plus many more messed up ways. Those were the funniest ones so far.

I can't wait for the online portion to be here. I am going to get the first gullible person I can find to walk over to a turbine. Just can't wait.

At the airport.

The biggest one is parked on the back side. I believe it will appear as both the yellow and the "Fly Us" version at random. It is bigger than the others though.

I had an idea yesterday of blowing up the jeep from those civil patrol strangers so put a sticky bomb on it, finished the mission and waited on the 'mission passed' message to push left on the D-pad. Was fun to see all five in the jeep blow up.

Tidbit: after that mission a Sabre Turbo appears down the street from the next mission start. Brig that back to Los santos and it will spawn in absurd amounts without even needing to be in it.

Another few missions later, I am allowed back in the city. I race to my Safehouse. Nope. Not there. I then head to the extra garage. Nope. I frantically drive to the police impound. Two crap cars I had been previously driving. No Comet.

Exciled from the city? Huh?

Basically, Trevor ruins everything.

I mean I've played the entire story and don't recall every being 'exciled'. Prevented from switching to certain characters at points yes, but not physically stopped from going to the City.

360 or ps3? I have both discs installed on the 360 and have not had any major issues at all. I think I had 1 freeze while trying to take a photo during a hunting mission but I believe that's about it. This game surprisingly runs VERY well with both discs installed on the 360.

Runs Surprisingly well on PS3 Phat.

I haven't had a single problem on my slim, I hear the digital download version has a few issues though.

I'm using a 120GB PS3 that I bought in 2010, and the only problems I'm having (other than using Snapmatic) is that sometimes, if I'm blasting through the city at >250km/h, the textures are low-res and only once did I have missing buildings.

Yeah i'm using a 160GB PS3 and I've had a couple of micro freezes for a second and some texture pop in but other than that it's been pretty flawless. Really impressive work from R* technically, the game looks amazing considering it's size and scope.

When I am going real fast I have had it freeze for a couple seconds too. Sometimes slow to render objects. This is on ps3. For the 360 I had textures load slow too and cars would sometimes be going crazy. Like one was driving half way in the ground. Did not wanna steal it lol.

You guys talking about performance are lucky, try getting 10 to 20 FPS at all times

Sent the console back, waiting on the refund so I can try again and actually be able to play this game. It was dropped in the warehouse or something, unresponsive, slow and makes an adorable clicking noise.
