While it's rather easy to dislike GTA V for a multitude of reasons, I'm very thankful for Rockstar expanding my musical tastes. I very much enjoy listening to FlyLo FM. Since I heard "Windowlicker" by Aphex Twin, I decided to look him up and found some pretty good songs. At the moment, I am listening to Selected Ambient Works 85 - 92.

Fantastic album.

Try these too....
Classics
Drukqs
I care because you do
Surfing on sine waves (under polygon window pseudonym)

There are many more I could reel off, don't forget albums under AFX (analogue bubble bath series and hangable auto bulb) and as The Tuss.

If you've not seen the window licker video, check it out, look for 10 - 15 min version.

If you like Aphex, look up Squarepusher, Venetian Snares, Cylob, Plaid, Ceephax Acid Crew, Luke Vibert / Wagon Christ / Amen Andrews etc.
Basically, just listen to as much music on Warp, Rephlex and Breakin' Records. I've been listening and collecting this stuff for the best part of 15 years now.

Back to the topic at hand.... A PS4 will be finding its way into my house but, I'm really not looking forward to finishing the story 100% again.

30 to a lobby will be insane, will make for some impressive car and air shows. Looking forward to
some creative videos too.

I don't think I'll ever get to play GTA on PC, but I sincerely hope R* embraces mods. A company like them should know by now that mods greatly extend the life of video games. Just look at GT5 with hybrids!

I'll be interested if they make a Steam Workshop page. If they let users create and test content that could be officially added then we might get some great online DLC (though of course there's the problem that PS4 and XBone users wont get it)...

On an unrelated note, does anyone else want R* to work on the creator some more? Right now testing for capture mode is pretty broken, DLC weapons haven't been added to the creators and I believe there are still some hidden options for all the modes. Also, R* should release prop packs.

I've wanted a Survival creator since the creator came about.

I was going to try and mod my GTA to get somemore money...having looked into it i couldn't be bothered!

Try these two captures I created.

Zombie Survival
Here you can't reach the bags, so you have to win by killing "zombies" and the enemy team.

Base Defenders
There is only one bag to capture and you have to defend that single bag and your shed against 5-star cops, Merryweather and the enemy team. It looks like a survival mission from Rockstar.

I just stole a police car.

With a bulldozer.

Then drove it over the edge of a freeway.

Stealing cop cars (With cops inside) with a Cargobob always guarantees to provide laughter. I did that once with cops waiting alongside the highway. When I picked them up, they tried shooting me and attempted to drive, even though they were 300 feet off the ground.

When I got bored, I went down quite low near Sandy Shores and the cops actually jumped out of the car about 50 feet off the ground!

I've also discovered the abandoned hospital near Lester's place, which looks like a multiplayer map for just about any first-person shooter. And I've been running around the rail yards under the freeways.

If you're looking for cool places to explore, go to the industrial area near the location
Michael was kidnapped and being held hostage
. Lots of interesting things to see there. :)

There's loads of places to explore and I know I've only scraped the tip of the iceberg that is San Andreas.

Poor NPC's....

I stopped watching them after trying to see what various SUVs had for customization. I watched 30 seconds of one video and decided I didn't need my ears being assaulted any longer and would find other ways to see the customization.

Like loading up my 100% save and finding SUVs with Franklin.

I can only really enjoy Vanoss' crew with SilentDroid, H2ODelirious, Lui and himself. Although I gotta say they say "Guys" a lot, but all other are just baaaad.

On the subject of YouTube letsplayers, I will say this.

If the game is reviewed by a popular youtuber (Pewdiepie, lets say) you get many many many videos following the same basic template of childishness and idiocy because, hey, PDP is popular!

I don't think I've found many great GTA letsplayer to be honest, because of the above problem...

I'll have to look into that one.

So far I've found Pier 45, the abandoned hospital, sewerage treatment plant, the cathedral, the Buzzard on top of NOOSE HQ, and the modified Buccaneer in the CSF neighbourhood.
I've not searched any of those places...i'll have to start looking into these!

You can find them in these places (don't read on if you don't want to know):
- Pier 45 is the warehouse Trevor tries to gain access to during the set-up for the Merryweather heist. It's a Restricted Zone with an instant four-star wanted level.
- The hospital is in East Los Santos, just north of Lester's house. There's a fire station on the same block.
- The sewerage treatment plant is between Fort Zancudo and Mt. Josiah. You can get there by following the northern access road to the base, then turning left before you actually enter the base.
- The cathedral can be found north of Little Seoul and south of the freeway.
- You can find a Buzzard on top of the NOOSE HQ building, but it can be tough to get to. Sometimes it's armed, but sometimes it's the civilian model.
- You can find the modified Buccaneer east of the convenience store where Trevor goes on a rampage. It's lime green, and there's usually two other cars in the car park (but it doesn't always spawn). But if you steal it, the gang will turn on you.
