95% of people probably haven't got that far and just skipped to online. :p

You have a point there. Since there wasn't anything else to do before online was launched, I just played through the whole story. I would hope though, that most people got halfway through the story before jumping in, only to complete it at a later time.

I finished the story once and my save data got corrupted two days later. Do not attempt to buy an Annihilator in offline.

I've never had save issues in GTA V, but I have them all the time with GTA IV. It usually happens when I haven't played in a while. There was a period when I was playing through the story for a few weeks and nothing bad happened. I had save issues prior to the period of only playing IV. Once I was finished with the game, I played other games and returned weeks later. Bam! Error message.

You shoot the fuel lines out in a mission with Franklin and Lamar - the one where you steal the green Bagger. You shoot the fuel tank of an escaping vehicle, it leaves a trail, crashes, you shoot the trail, big fiery explosion happens.
Yeah you are right, but I figured that was set up for the mission just like the jb700 w/guns

You never actually shoot the fuel line in 'Repossession' do you? I thought either Lamar shoots it or its because the Penumbra crashes.

It's scripted to leak on it's own for the sake of being easy but you can do it yourself on other cars.

I'm gonna miss the snow when it's gone. I guess it would require tons of resources to implement a snow cheat.

If Rockstar could allow us to play on the snow map whenever we wanted to, I would probably never play on the regular map again. I love snow, especially since I can drift on it in-game!

I decided to redo the story as my brother did huge chunks of it last time through on his account.

Got up to a little before the first heist and am already regretting not playing it on my account sooner...

Just come on to play a bit this morning and the snow is still there thankfully :)

The GTA 5 PC hardware requirements have been released, and it's going to be a blessing for everybody with even a lower end PC

MINIMUM:

CPU: Core 2 Duo E8200 2.66GHz or Phenom II X2 545

GPU: GeForce GT 530

RAM: 4GB

OS: Windows 7,8,8.1 64bit

HDD Space: 20GB

RECOMMENDED:

CPU: Core i5-2500T 2.3GHz or Phenom II X4 975

GPU: GeForce GTX 480 or Radeon HD 6970

RAM: 6GB

OS: Windows 7,8,8.1 64bit

HDD Space: 20GB

However, I'm not too sure about that 20GB, I expected it to be at least twice as much

Wow, that's spooky. I was only talking with @Skython hours ago about how they haven't released them yet.

Er, @20832, I don't think they're correct. Nothing on Rockstar's website or Steam...

Not just HDD space - those specs looked like I could run it on my laptop, which struggles to play SR4 at lowest settings...

Yeah, HDD space raised some eyebrows. Isn't the console version around 50 GB?

Yeah, and really, since they're probably (or hopefully) turn up the dial in terms of wild life and stuff even more for PC, we're probably looking at closer to 60GB, and specs along the lines of needing something like a HD7850 or GTX660 as a minimum.

So... finished redoing the story on my C_E21 account and I just have to applaud Rockstar's writers.

Took option C at the end by the way.

Same here. I couldn't bring myself to kill any of the other guys.

I went back to my previous save just to see what each option was and they were both touching. I mean, you felt bad after each one.

For anyone that wants to save couple of bucks on the railgun you can find it for free after completing the minor turbulence mission and have unlocked the dinghy or have max lung capacity I guess. Have found it in the SP.

Take the dinghy up to lago zanduco and go upstream to the alamo sea and almost
perpendicular to the point where you enter the alamo sea you dive and look for the cargo plane wreckage and the railgun should be in the hull of the plane if I remember correctly.

I'd expect requirements similar to Meta Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes. That's a beefed up console port as well and a GTX760 as the recommended GPU sounds plausible.

Yeah you really get sucked into it.

So I haven't played GTAV in a while (early December) and now that I've updated and have been playing for a while, I notice that the sound of the wind is really loud. Is it just me, or am I going crazy? I find it quite annoying.

Yeah, and squeaky shoes.
