So Lamar and Franklin are part of the GSF (or whatever the green gang is called now)? Wow...it's like my dream come true. It's San Andreas...with HD graphic...I'm gonna cry.

Could that possibly be a recreation or whatever you want to call it of that isolated road / highway around the back of Mount Chilliad in San Andreas?

What were the other green gang members in San Andreas. It was mentioned in the beggining. I remember Sweet saying like they weren't "affiliated with the grove family anymore". Maybe its that gang and just the grove street section have backed out of the gang life? And that picture of the plane... looks like the road going around Mt Chilliad in San Andreas in a way.

I'd be willing to bet the Grove Street Families are returning, could be Franklin and Lamar are part of it, but seeing GSF was the main thing in SA itself its more likely the main story will not be focused on it and GSF will be mostly a background thing. I'm sure the if Franklin has some involvement then there will probably gang related missions and dare I say it, territory wars (more likely with Trevor and the Lost though) but I wouldn't put it out of the question yet.

I agree. It pretty much is SA II in HD....Rockstar certainly listens to their fans and are smart enough to capitalize on the best selling GTA to date. If they do this game right, which I have a strong feeling they will, this game will no doubt in my mind be the best selling GTA ever and shatter all kinds of gaming records big and small.

I agree on the road going around Mt. Chiliad. I like that there isn't one central mountain though. Awesome.

I looked it up really quick. The Seville Boulevard Families (controlling only a small area in south-east Los Santos) and the Temple Drive Families (located up north) are the 2 Grove affiliated gangs in San Andreas. Seeing as the original Grove Street family has died out, I see why it wouldn't return as Grove. Yet maybe they just want to show some respect to the Grove family still and carry the name? Either way, they are/were grove affiliated.

Yeah. It reminds me of the road to San fierro in San Andreas.

Same here. It looks like Vice and San Andreas is put together in one game. From buying property and the Ballas and GSF back for more 'hood action.

It's my dream GTA next to a GTA USA! I'm sooooo happy right now.

Just found this article, the analysis in the video got me even more excited for GTA.

The person who saw the Rockstar demo said he "couldn't believe that it existed on this generation of consoles". I don't even care about the PS4 now.

I never got round to playing TLaD, is it worth getting? It's on sale at the moment on PSN. Having seen all the stuff about the same group I assume in GTA V? Would be cool to know the storyline that goes with it.

Its worth it if you have completed GTA IV normal story line. You get to understand things properly. + there is new cars, Parachutes, can got twice as high in a helicopter and + Much more

I thought TBOGT was a LOT better but that's just my opinion. TBOGT also finally gives you a parachute which should have launched with GTA4 in the first place. I was actually able to rent TLAD and TBOGT on the same disc.

Yeah, I've completed IV 100% and TBoGT. Would be nice to play some new GTA for a while at least and it's only £3.99.

GTA likes to keep things semi-realistic for the most part. Try jumping onto a moving helicopter blade in real life and tell us how you do

Same beautiful car. However, is it just me or is the first one a gloss red and the second one matte black? I reckon we could be seeing multiple paint effects similar to that of MCLA.

The car customization is supposed to be very similar to MCLA. So if that's true then yes matte paint will not surprise me at all. I just wonder how much MCLA customization we will have because that game had a LOT of customization. Saints Row has an insane amount of car customization so I am sure GTA5 will at least have everything from SR.

The palm trees in that 1st pic above are insanely detailed. The hotel is also very detailed. I am guessing that has to be a PC pic for sure. I am sure most of the pics are from the PC. I will be shocked if we see those graphics on the consoles. I can not wait for this game!!

So far no co-op campaign. BUT it does seem to have everything else. Also I am sure they will announce some sort of co-op modes for the multiplayer. I am expecting a 16 player co-op mode similar to RDR. 16 player bank heists would be sick for example. I am sure we will have at least 4 player bank heists.

I wonder if we will be able to buy animals from pet stores or if the Franklin dog is scripted? Which as we know, will probably die in the storyline defending Franklin. Just a guess so don't get too attached to that dog.

Other than lack of co-op campaign, I agree, it very well could be one of the best sandbox games created. Right now SR2/3 and Crackdown 1 are the best co-op sandbox games I have ever played. SR2 has just about everything you could imagine for a co-op game. And its a full co-op campaign from beginning to end, full customization....

GTA5 truly has the potential to be the best. Cant wait!!

Honestly I almost don't want to play it, because after the game goes into my PS3, the excitement will be all over.



















....of course after many hours of endless gameplay.

I'm almost expecting MANY dead ps3's. Mine is ancient, probably 5 years old now with a ridiculous amount of hours played on it. I just have this feeling it's going to die .

I have a feeling that I will actually have to restrict myself from playing GTA V, because if I don't, I will play it to death and, worst of all, become bored with it, just like I did with GT5.
