I wouldn't be surprised if Rockstar added voices for the Online characters, but my concern would be the voice actors they'd get to voice them. A company like Deep Silver would simply get anime voice actors to do them as they have done. However, Rockstar, for GTAV hired Law & Order bit actors to voice the characters, so...would they do the same thing for online characters? Or would they go with anime voice actors? Granted, it's Rockstar, so the voices would be good, I'm sure, but it would be interesting to see who they would hire.

I don't know if anyone's noticed, when you speak on your mic (in most cases) you'll see your characters mouth moving (zoomed in situations). When you're about to do a race or something, right before it starts when people are confirming, when you scroll through names you'll see there mouths moving as they talk on their mic.

Soo, maybe it's our own voices that make his/her voice! Talk about free voice acting .

I think there was some EU legislation that banned gambling in games being sold in the EU. Either that, or gambling was something that would factor into a higher age rating.

I only know this because gambling was taken out of Pokemon games since HeartGold/SoulSilver.

I don't think that would be a problem. It's not like gta v is a 12 or something.

Yeah that whole area with the casino and dog? track is pretty pointless and lifeless at the minute.

It's a fun little track for whipping around in my little Futo. :)

A bug that I encountered in game.

I bought a Sandking XL for Michael. I got it and tried to park it in his safehouse's garage. There was a Landstalker that I have inside there so I had to move it outside to make sure that I have space for the Sandking XL, then I parked it inside then I parked the Landstalker, too, immediately. After that, there was barely a space there and when I got out of the car, Michael just appeared outside of it, possible because of space and after that, I couldn't enter the cars anymore, so they're stuck in his garage. Then I went to Vehicle Impound and I was surprised to see that the Sandking is there! Afterwards, I took it home to the safehouse and was even more surprised to see that the same car is there!

That was a very weird bug...

I have one parked in Trevors garage in sandy shores that I cant get out. I even tried getting a tow truck, but no go. Same thing, it wont let me inside the truck.

What the hell?!?!?!

Everytime I come near Trevor's house, I always hear massive explosions, with my screen shaking! I don't know where they are coming from! Is it a meth lab exploding?

But seriously, its kinda freaking me out a bit.

EDIT: Nevermind. Just Trevor throwing some explosives at the ground.

Does anyone else think that Rockstar absolutely NAILED the rap side of the soundtrack? A lot of the songs have grown on me, and they have a really good variety. Wasn't a big rap fan before, but the radio stations in this game got me interested.

They are getting sued for using a song without permission soon. I think all the music is good like usual but I wish there was more. There is only two rap stations for example and not a crazy amount of songs per station. You play a couple hours a day and hear the same songs like 400 times.

My gta5 day was sweeeeet. I managed to steal a fighter jet from the military base with no cheats by myself. I spent probably $50,000 on medical bills but it was so worth it.

Glad I'm not the only one who noticed this.

Finally completed the story. Chose option C, which went well, to my delight... some fantastic missions to finish a fantastic game. I only have 3 assassinations left for the stock market, though...

I disagree you a lot. If it would be up to me I would ban all rap around the world.

Annoying bit in game is those 3 charachters has their favourite radio channel and I have to continuously switch radio channels when driving Franklin's vehicles. Rockstar, please, give opportunity to lock radio channels in setting on channel player him/herself prefers.

The biggest issue for me with the soundtrack is that if you only like one or two genres (which is quite normal surely given the huge range) then you're left listening to the same songs over and over. I mean for me I don't like rap, hip hop, country etc so I'm left with the pop and rock stations of which there are only 16 and 23 songs respectively. With 100 hours of gameplay done that's a heck of a lot of repetition. There needs to be 40+ songs on each station really.

That's really one of the best features about a PC version, custom radio. Shame they can't get that working on the consoles.

What's the problem with rap?

I agree that the playlists are too short. At least in GTA IV, the playlists were bulked up when you bought the DLC.

I agree with you on this. I'm an electronic music lover, so I mostly stay with Soulwax FM and Non-Stop Pop FM, but I will switch to the classic rock and jazz stations. They both play good songs for the most part, but half the time it's just... meh. They're good, but not great. GTA IV and GTA TBoGT nailed it with the songs on Electro-Choc and Vladivostok FM. When I first heard that Kavinsky was going to have his own station in GTA V, Nightride FM, I was super excited because I'm quite a big fan of him. I got really disappointed when I found out that station wasn't in the game. :(

On a side note, why the hell is "Mim Suleiman - Mingi" in Soulwax FM?! I swear, that is the most annoying song in the entire game.

If you're an electronic music fan you should add FlyLo FM to that list, Worldwide FM has a couple of good tracks on it too. Personally I mainly listen to Soulwax and FlyLo, but I also dip in and out of Rebel Radio because Johnny Cash - General Lee, East Coast Classics and the soul station (I forget the name) for Marlena Shaw - California Soul. That particular track is excellent for when you're driving along the coast, for obvious reasons.

But, after a total of around 100 hours or so, the radio stations are really starting to wear thin. I sometimes tune into Blaine County FM because I'm pretty sure Danny McBride is on it and he's funny.

I only listen to the Rock station, and even it only has a couple songs I like. I've now got it turned down, to where I can barely hear it. The radio is definitely lacking in this game, but it's not a huge deal.
