GTAV - General Off Road Discussion | LS 4x4 Crew

What if we got off the marked trails and went off-off-road? We could start down south and make alongside the shoreline to the lighthouse. It's doable and it's a nice challenging trail with many photo opportunities.

Have you tested this route to make sure it's passable the whole way?
 
Not fully yet. We've done the big part of this trail with another crew, it's challenging and in places you have to go around obstacles, but it's part of the adventure, right?

Got on last night met 2 guys from here . Already loving what trails defender showed me . changed my active crew just now and imma smoke a blunt ona free mode ill have a crew only room anyones glad to join me in wheeling

That was fun. at the beginning it was just me and soloaded. We did Gordo and Chilliad, then Apex joined, and we just fooled around. There was a horrible incident with a train, and my sultan was wrecked, swerved, and went into the drink. Only then did I discover it was not insured.:banghead: Then we made a different room and more people in the crew came. My time in the room ended rather spectacularly, with soloaded rolling his Kalahari of the side of Chilliad.

Sorry it wouldn't let me join your session last night. It kept giving me a message about an active crew limit, and that it couldn't accomodate my crew.

Now I want to try the red routes. :D
 
Did some runs with soloaded, a few of these spots are pretty tough but fun.
 
Anyone up to take the rebels out on a dez run? Gonna find a spot to "huck" the truck out for distance

I tried this route last night and it was hard to follow as there is no trail. And a lot of the time you are leaning to the right so you have to constantly turn left just to drive straight. I found a better trail is to run along the rim of those mountains in that area.
 
Had a good time last night doing some test runs up our little spot.

It's very rewarding to make it. Requires driver skill and capable machine.

I've got some more testing to do. But the Cageless MW Jeep seems to be a better vehicle then the caged. This is still up for a back to back testing. Initially it just felt better and made it to the top on the test spot a few times.

That sucks... How about that trail you suggested?

Only made one, but I see what you mean.... I'm sure there will be some sort of alternative though :3
 
Ok. There is an alternative. We can simply turn right about 70m before
 
Anyway, doesn't look like anyone is available to do this, so whatevs :P
BTW, do you have any idea what the meet on Sunday will be?
