GTC 2001 Tokyo

Will the PAL or Japan version of GTC 2001 Tokyo play on my PS2 if I have the flip-top cover and swap magic boot disc? Can anyone please confirm this? Thanks in advance.

i think the Japanese will if i rember right thats what i started with??? don't quote me but i think so...than i got tired of swaping the disc's i got a mod put in

2001 PAL and Japanese version will work on your Swap Disc, 2002 Japanese will not!!!
