Real racing - watch it on TV
Online racing - do that after watching real racing 👍

Guys, I'm unsure whether I can show up on Saturday. My dad's considering camping at the Silverstone Circuit, so that would knock me out of contention.

Camp! It's a good laugh

The best comination is watch it live, then watch it later on the tele.

Just ran a personal best of 1:52.687 with a bunch of other .6xx and .7xx laps.

Lotus sent Furi you'll need to run it in though goodluck.👍

GTE RACE PREVIEW

For round 2 of the GTE Championship, we move into Italy and to the revered Autodromo Nazionale Monza Circuit.
After last week's emotionally charged first round at Le Mans where the Aston Martin Vantage took the win, can Lotus redeem themselves now they have 10Kg less ballast and Ford have 10BHP more power

monza-circuit_000.jpg

RACE START PROCEDURE.

1 Pace lap @ 70mph / 112kph. Single file formation.

At the exit of Ascari chicane, slow to 40mph and form up double file for the start. ODD numbers on the right, EVEN on the left.

Green flag from whenever the leader crosses the line - the whole field can begin racing. 2hr timer begins from there.

CAUTION PROCEDURE

In case of a MULTI-CAR accident (3-4 vehicles upwards) , a caution may be called over mic or by typing "caution" in chat - all drivers must do this before I confirm the caution over mic.

Race back to the next sector, from there the leader slows to 70mph and the field slow and form up single file behind. Green flag is single file, from the START/FINISH line.

Sector 1 - Just before the Variante Della Roggia
Sector 2 - Just before the Variante Ascari
Sector 3 - Start/Finish Line

Nice, though I haven't mentioned, caution rules is adjusted so its to the next sector, not whole lap.

Will there be 2 sector's to the lap?

Last time, I checked Monza had 3 - 1 before Variante Del Rogga, another to Ascari, and another to the finish line :)

I don't think so. Considering the difference in length between Le Mans and Monza, I think Furi is just going to have 1 sector when it comes to cautions.

As far as I was aware it was back to the S/F line on the smaller circuits and sectors at Le Mans.

I figured the actual track sectors would be fairer, this isn't an oval with 50 second laps.

Only thing I have to say about this weekend's race is that it's a 2-hour race, so if everyone could be extremely patient and careful going through the first turn it would be appreciated. 👍

Don't want a repeat of the last race...

This^ Especially if it is raining.

Well make a decision mate so I can update the preview.

I'm sure everyone will give room enough :sly:

So...we race to the next sector when a "caution" is called?

Yeah, to clarify when caution is called, race back to the next sector.

Preview updated with sector information.
