Apart from CnD and Snow having issues seeing each other, no other issues. Hard luck Joe, would be a new lobby if lots of people had your problem. 8 car grid.

EDIT New room opening, other people reporting issues.
 
Jet and R1600 make a Corvette sweep!
 
Good race guys. Me running no abs made it very tough. I was losing all my time is sector 1 because of that. Had fun though. Hopefully, I'll be able to make another race down the road.
 
Just realized that the banner is @ Nurb and Nurb isn't on the schedule.
 
Crew chief cost me the overall, but happy with the Pro win. Just couldn't make it on the fuel I thought I could. Bring on Laguna.

Sometimes I really wished I had a spotter on a mic since I use cockpit view :lol:

Nice battle with R1600, I think he would have pipped me if his crew chief didn't mess up so bad. Luckily, mine was Christian Horner :dopey:

Ended up doing a 4 stop race after having to pit at the start due to getting damage after lag between cnd and snow, so after pitting after 2 mins my plan was then to 2 stop the rest of the race, was a quiet early part to the race until others near the front started to pit, pitted just after 40 mins and came out just ahead of cnd, then he caught me then made a mistake.

he caught me at the hour mark and we were side by side going into t2 and he was squeezing me on the outside curb and just touched me and the game decided to give me damage, then pitted then saw no-one until I stopped again with 30 mins to go with a fresh set of tires I managed to catch cnd with a few mins remaining and overtook him on my fresher tires
 
Had a mediocre start and got in a fight with Furi and Yeratel in the first stint. Apparently suffered damage through being touched slightly on the left rear after about 20 minutes (I only realised a lap later or so). I had originally planned for a 2-stop race, but couldn't see myself being distracted by the damage on bad tyres for another 15 minutes, so I switched strategy to 3 stops, which, my calculation said, was only slightly slower overall. The laptimes also showed I was losing time in the fight anyway, so I thought I might try my luck alone.

The rest of the race was basically a story of going up the order and down again depending on everyone's pitstops, but I had a hunch it would be close with Smuffy and Yeratel towards the end. We were all together close to the end, but it looked like I had taken on slightly too little fuel. Both Smuffy and Yeratel in their Ferraris had the edge as my tyres slowly went away and had already overtaken me, so, because I didn't see much chance in staying close enough through the tight turns on the last lap, I played it safe and came in for a splash-and-dash one lap from the end, because I didn't see anyone close behind me, so there wasn't much to lose.

Interesting race strategy-wise, but a bit unlucky. Could have been 3rd with just a little bit more luck, but lost valuable points to Smuffy. Great race Jet and 1600, you guys were unstoppable today!

Laguna will be a challenge in the Aston. I guess that will run under 'damage control'. :nervous:
 
Laguna Seca should be a strong track for Ferrari, I might end up within 1.5s/lap of the leaders. :lol:

I was actually about ~5-6 seconds behind the leader at the end, just FYI.

Couple more laps and I would have had a good chance to take overall, I had fresh tires and was coming fast. Although I probably would have ran out of fuel again. :ouch:

I’m looking forward to Laguna.
Fuji was good bit I’m not too fond of the track so hopefully I can do better there.

Just need to mark the absent AM drivers. Ok. Thats a lot closer than I thought :scared:

Also R1600 should have 25 PRO pts, RPH, never raced.

CORVETTE: -10hp, now 443hp
FERRARI - Unchanged at 453hp
FORD - Unchanged at 424hp
LOTUS -Unchanged at 432hp / 1340kg

You win you get slapped down. The Vantage was slapped down BEFORE the championship even started.
