Yes i have and i must say that the lightning is very accurate indeed! Some little flaws here and there, but overall, an amazing job!

well, to tell you the truth, the big problem you will be facing by racing at night is not that you barely cant see anything in front... but when you over take other cars, they highbeams are so intense, they are not regular high beams, touring cars have those 12000K HID highbeams and they blind you so badly, that i just wanna rip of my rear view mirror.

And I'm working as Insctructor for a motorsport event company, driving there formular renault/könig, sometimes that tiny uniroyal funcup käfer

Wow, that was a great race! I like the "fight" in the AI... like how you'd take him on the straight, he'd then get back into your slipstream and cutback on the inside-line to retake the spot. I don't remember if GT5P AI did that, but thought it was pretty cool.

I still have 3 episodes of Fringe waiting to be watched! I like how they're going back and forth between the 2 worlds this season. This season's been very good thus far... Do you prefer Olivia with brown or blonde hair? Lol

You gotta watch them now, cause i think , at least the past 2 episodes were really good.
At one point, Fringe kinda got boring, but that was only for like 1-2 episodes in season 2.

Since im more of a brunette kinda guy, i prefere her with brown hair hrrrr

Actually i tried that yesterday, but pretty much in every lobby that i was, people were punting like there was no tomorrow and ruined every race. As soon as i get a decent race, it will be up on my channel

That Creation car you linked me to Chris is a LeMans style car. Not a Daytona 24hour style car. Those are Daytona Prototypes, or you have 'GT' cars such as the RX8 or the Vette, Camaro, Porsche GT3. You sure you're running at Daytona 24 hours or another race?

My bad, i misread the email from creation.

The 24h race i would drive with Primus Racing.
They are running 2 Crawford-Chevrolet's - both 2011 spec with aero and other updates.

The link from creationsport was for the ALMS series that i might run with them

Yes, yes, I saw that Observer... "He is still alive". But I don't think we've seen him a lot in Season 3. At least, I haven't spotted him. Not sure if they even exist in the "other" world...

If you do return your Fanatec, will you get a full-refund? And also, will you have to pay for the return-shipping? Though from Austria-to-Germany, I don't think it'll be too much. Given your situation, I guess all you can do is wait. No guarantees that the Thustmaster will be good. Hopefully the reviews will be out before your Fanatec arrives.

Also, how does your girlfriend feel about you wanting to return the wheel? She's ok with that?

I wish I had the opportunity to race. Maybe one day. I'll make sure I watch Grand Am racing this year. See how well you do. Hopefully you put in some good drives if you do get the chance. Say hi to Scott Pruett, he's a master in those DP cars.

so far most videos, save for the orange AMG, have been stock cars.

Just curious, seeing many have different likes in the game, for me, it's building up cars you'd not expect on a race track, and make them work somewhat.

And i understand you completly in never having any money in GT5 the used car lot is addictivem been picking up strange cars, and fast cars, just picked up a Mercedes 600SL, a Audi RS4 and a RUF BTR
also, the E55 AMG gets over 800hp... it's a beast...

anyways, i'd say i'd love to race ya online sometime, but i doubt i'd keep up, i use a controller

Not sure if i will get a refund. But to be honest, im like at 95% on keeping the Fanatec. Its an awesome wheel plus the clubsport pedals!!!

Chris, Since you are a real race driver. how realistic is driving in the rain.

i am not a proffessional race driver. but i have driven. Chervolet Corvette, Gillet Vertigo, and a tuned Clio on a track. not at its maximum but i have an idea how a fast car feels on a dry track. but i really want to know from you how realistic it is in wet condition. I have the feeling i race whit a totally diffrent car. but the kerbs does't seems to be slippery at all, while on the tarmac it is really challenging.

Online racing yes.
For example, last night i had an endurance race at Le Mans (circuit de las sarthe) and we all drove the stock LMP and group C cars.

Personally, im one of those people i guess that love to keep their cars stock.

Tuning wise i only tune car so far as i would tune them in real life.
My RUF RGT has for example a LSD which i have my own setup with, and on some other cars im running a sports suspension.

Race cars i tune only the setup.

Now lets say there is a race that i cant win in my stock car, then first thing im gonna buy for it, is a suspension and transmission kit. I just wanna see how much faster i get without adding a million HP to ever car

mmm Im going to have to say that its about 85% accurate.
Im saying 85% because the grip in the rain is sometimes too much.

Because you have to know, that the ideal racing line in the dry because super slippery in the wet, so what you generally want to do is avoid the dry ideal racing line as much as possible...

In GT5 though, you got too much grip on the dry racing line.
