That's some nice drifting Chris. After the patch I had my first drift experience with the stock Rx-7 '90 Was great fun. As said, it's kind of relaxing after all this "hardcore" racing :D

I know it is. :)

One thing that kinda bothers me now is, that when youre driving a standard car, i have to go to the options menu and turn the entire HUD back on... cant they just leave the RPM and SPEED gauge on.

I had to laugh at how you said the full name of the Fanatec wheel... reminded me of Ralphie from A Christmas Story. "I want an Official Red Ryder Carbine-Action Two-Hundred-Shot Range Model Air Rifle with a compass in the stock, and this thing which tells time!"

So far i've only done the Nissan GTR bonus race, dont have any cars to do the other races.

I officially hate the FGT championship, i tried it but its so boring and long lasting If they would have cut the laps down to 10 each race, it would have been better i think.

Cool video, but you shouldn't have drifted too much. It makes lap times longer. ;)

i haven't had a chance to take a look at the pic yet, since i just got my TV and im setting it up but tomorrow will be a proper game day after a week of no gaming at all.

Buying a 3D TV soon too plus fanatec gt3rs v2 is coming soon :D

1080p does look great, but 720p does help with the screen-tearing a bit though. Its more noticeable in 1080p.

How you cleared up some spots on your friends-list? You were full before right?

Indeed, i notice much more screen tearing that on 720p, but none the less, 1080 is just insane... the detail that i can see now is astonashing, and the std cars just look so smooth too :D

to be honest, im not quit sure whats going on, cause i created a new PSN account a while ago, added myself (GTP_Chris) and it said it was full, but when i logged into my GTP account i had an invite from my other account...

Why you asking?

My New Years resolution was pretty basic this year, but I do need to do it: Be more nice.

Interesting choice of music for the Ruf drift video. Its laid back vocals and sax complemented the slow-motion drifting well, even if did I raised an eyebrow on my first viewing with a 'WTF' expression on my face. It is a classic, after all. :lol:

Nice race with the Supras! It looked like you had a good exit off the last corner and enough of a draft -- if brief -- to squeak out the victory, but there's always next time. I don't know about you, but it's oftentimes a more satisfying online racing experience to lose by an inch, than to win by a mile. 👍

:lol: im laughing so hard right now cause the driver of the Chromeline Lambo was my girlfriend, she was trying to finish the Super Car event on Daytona (3 laps) in the stock chrome line lambo on sports hard...

Shes only using Auto Tranny and Driving Line and ABS. no TCS, NO ASM, no skid recovery.... :lol:

yea, shes A-Spec lvl 18 and B Spec lvl 1

Had some awesome online races, will upload them tomorrow plus i got my GT3 RS V2 finally :D

I thought it was crazy he was trying such a thing especially with usually strict stewards but he got away with it. I personally didn't think he did too much wrong as Petrov was weaving with him and he kept his line in the braking zone.

I remember that, he over did the blocking a little too much but at least that was some action we got from F1 :lol:

I have to ask are you still thinking about the Thrustmaster wheel because it seems like the Fanatec does the job pretty well. Also how many miles have you racked up on that RUF?
