Weird glitch... maybe the 3D mesh doesn't match the track surface data, so it appears that the wheel is floating/lifting while the game thinks it's on the ground? Too bad, though, that hyped me much, I was hoping for realistic suspension behavior (sport front wheel drive cars especially, under heavy cornering, usually lift up their internal rear wheel).

i was asking already about that ages ago. In GT4, if you tuned that subaru 360, you could get that rear corner inner wheel to lift.

I tried everything to recreate that in GT5 P without success.

Im doing everything i can do explore the physics as good as i can... one reason why i haven't progressed that much in GT Mode :sly:

Chris, just another one that puzzles me:

Could you check if a "selfmade" track (by course-maker) can be used (after it's saved) just as any other track.

I'd like to know if we can just do Time-Trials (single car) or also races with a full (16 cars) grid on these tracks ?
 
Great vids! The M3 still sounds pretty awful,it`s just all whurring noise and nothing like real life :-(.

Since your taking request`s can you put up a vid of the 1971 Mach 1 Mustang in action? I want to hear it. Thanks in advance ;-)

Thanks for the videos! Something I didn't realize until watching your videos, was it seems like it's only Premium cars in the new car dealerships. Other people probably knew this already, but I guess it's an easier way to differentiate and separate them. We also seem to be fairly limited to what we can buy right off the bat. It will be interesting to see exactly what it available.

As for premium cars available right away to buy, it seems like the Miata may be the best choice. Looking through the car list, the 1990 Nissan Silvia K's Dia Selection (S13) might be within price range, as well as one of the Cappucinos from Suzuki. Can you check this out for us Chris?

im not entirely sure about races with 16 cars, but i did create 2 tracks and did time trials on them. Will try it with a race....

are there point to point rally stages with Co Driver?? If yes can you show us one?

Wow just amazing GT5 is going to be an excellent game. I know a way to get a flip. Get the Type2 (T1) SambaBus '62! :) For those who want to hate on the game think about it back in 2006-7 we heard GT5 was coming out, what did you expect of the game then. Now think about what it is now....amazing!

Also at the same time, can you try, when turning in middle of a corner, and then locking the fronts (ABS 0 obviously).. if you can feel it in the wheel?

He stalled his engine in the Subaru snow video at 2:07. Only does that with a manual clutch wheel off course. Engine can be heard restarting

Life race - you mean online live race against other humans? If so, I'm impressed with the high quality of driving by all pilots in life race 2!
 
so far from playing how big is gt5 in comparison to gt3/4 etc?

im talking races/events here.

He means life, as in "GT Life". Not online.
 
Hey Chris great videos and great commentry your torturing me with the wait for the game lol I also own a G25 and I'd like to know if the clutch also works on standard cars since all the cars in the videos that you have with clutch enabled are premium :)

thanks again for the videos GT5 looks amazing and I can't wait to play it :)
