im trying to get in but my main account not working and i sent f/r to GTPFIA waiting for acceptance on other account already have car ready to race
 
jav accepted it now. i saw GTPFIA log on, so try to get in now
 
Was fun, though disheartening when the guy in front of you is pulling away while youre drafting on his bumper.. Subie isn't great for speed.. hopefully on a more curvy track itll fair better.. I was road rallying the **** out of that subie though, 4 wheel drift crazy, haha..
 
I missed it!, I put in a long practice session :banghead:
 
What happened there on the 2nd race? Ruined my race, no point in pitting. Looking forward to the next track. Be interesting to see were the cars stand at Nurb.

You gotta just keep going, but a 4wd helps, lol.. first race I had all sorts of damage.. the 2nd race went into the wall and had front left dmg.. if it wont turn with 2 tires pointing in the direction, make all 4!
 
My car was off on top speed, but it's turning was good. My tune isn't working very well at Nurb either. I can't get turn in like I could before. I donno what I did to it.
 
Don't know if i can race in this series on the Wednesday it's abit late for me Because i go for a swim in the morning about 12 and need to get a good nights sleep...
 
I want to apologize to Yeratel for rearending him on the second race. Totally my fault. Got to watching traffic in front of is to see what was gonna shake out and get a plan. However I missed my brake point doing so and colided into Yeratel. Felt like such a noob doing this. Best I could do was slow and give you some company till the end and let you have the spot in front of me. Felt bad man. I owe you some bump drafting.
 
Holy Cow, I missed the first race. I'm out of town, but brought my PS3 and I practiced a bit for this race and missed it. Oh well... next week I suppose...
 
A couple of notes.
I watched replays.Saw some of us in pace lap warming tires by swerving.Though pretty in real racing,it's proven to cause accidents in past seasons on GT5.I say this only because I won't always be in pole position.So can we try & check that guys?

Second,
If U cause an accident or are involved in one remember that u shouldn't pop back on the track until u'r certain that traffic is clear.Magz paid the price wen Freshseth tried to clear the barrier after breaking late at 1st chacane. (second race)

I could brake late with the IS-F, it wasn't traveling at a very high speed anyway. Plus I got hit from the right hand side by someone in an EVO X, and the left at the same time. Kind of a weird incident.

Looked at the replay a second time , u were still on track. was a difficult spot.GrayFox cought barrier.That was your bump on right.The next was Magz in his turn on left.Real messy.But i incourage u Fresh 2 take a look at replay if u hav it and for personal skill studies c what u could hav done. its what i do after a race.

lol Voloci was swerving so much that he almost took out yeratel after the 1st chacane if im not mistaken . lol
 
I made sure to keep my distance :P
 
I have to hand it to Yeratel. He had the same breaking points as i did on monza and used it to judge me in over takes in chacanes! He responded well to my breaking allowing me to race my race.Or should I say our race. You can trust him in tight races you guys. Good job Yeratel. Hope You read this.

I followed Veloci's lead. LoL figured he was on to something.


Now the restart. I was being a goof and cracking my e brake to smoke out my fellow racers behind. LoL the stunt bit me good and threw me into the wall. I'll be smooth this week. LoL


Also might be best with Heavy Damage to implement no swerving on pace lap.

That makes two of us, I guess we will be fighting it out for points until someone else gets a dns or dnf and levels out the playing field? :nervous:
