How should fights be laid out?

Guys, I need help.

Every time I attempt to upload the recording of round 1, the process always kills itself. Anyone have an idea on what to do?
It could be entirely possible that your account has suddenly gotten into bad standing because of ContentID (Copyright).

If I got a bad standing due to copyright, YouTube would notify me about it. I'm figuring it could be my connection, as everyone has been heavily using it for the past few days. I'll try again once more tomorrow.

Highly unlikely. As he said, you usually get a notification if you get in bad standing or copyright notice and even then, having copyright content doesn't necessarily guarantee a Bad standing. I know this because I have many videos with copyright content and I'm still in good standing.

Has the YouTubes been fixed?
Working on it. The problem is that it's not YouTube, but it's the uploader program within my recording program that's doing it ever since I updated it. I'm currently trying to find a way to roll back the update since then. Sorry for the (now major) inconvenience.

Ahh. How is it that every patch/update breaks something for everything?

That's up to you. But a word of advice to all of you is if you are seriously invested in this long term, then a serious restructure in formats is pretty necessary. Here is how I would break this down:

1. We have 20+ people interested in this series so far. Realistically speaking, we have enough people to do either one big "TV" show a week with two or three divisions (belts) and one "PPV" a month or split this series into two small weekly "TV" shows with one "PPV" a month that contains matches from both show's rosters. If the latter is chosen, the three divisions would break down into one Main belt that is competed for in both shows, one show specific belt, and one belt for whatever suits our purposes.

2. If a event format is to be used going forward, then this tournament series would need to crown our World Champion, and then discontinue the tournament series.

3. Start rivalries. Even if there is no way to capture them on video, a simple matter of posting in character would help push any formal rivalry along and make it entertaining.

Just some things to consider.
I'm a bit late, but this idea is more suited for the WWE 2K games in its Universe Mode. Since they have cutscenes, you can make your own Championship Belts, Arenas etc. Sure video footage can be hard but reports on what happens would be just as believable and you could wrestler personalities into why it happens. Though creating Superstars would have to be limited to descriptions on what they look like unless you also had the game.

I was thinking about doing this myself for awhile using WWE 2K16 which I got a week ago. We could have a split, 1 side does tournaments while the other does the more traditional pro wrestling events.

This is the work I do with my WWE 2K14 Universe Mode using the main roster as well as some CAWs; https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/folders/0B4gkyFboTihGTGx2YUZfTDJVUWc

Granted I haven't done weekly shows with this but I can do it for here.

Sorry for being a bit late myself (as I had limited internet over the past week), but yes, that could work. There is actually an efed out there that actually does CAW based signups over google forms. Since I am restricted to PC for my gaming experiences, I can actually use WWE 2K15 and record the entire thing using the game DVR feature from my OS and upload it to my channel since the matches themselves can be quite long (over 12-15 minutes a match), and I have no difficulty in stretching out my upload length to get a full show in.

Hey guys.

REALLY, REALLY sorry for leaving you guys out in the dark :scared: but with many things happening, the series will be going through it's course rather slowly. How slow? I'm not so sure.

So just as a notice, don't expect the series to fly by as fast as series 1, or expect a consistent episode schedule, as many things are tying me away from this, gotta have priorities in check (work, college, family, etc., etc.)!

In other news, Series 2 will be live tomorrow at an unknown time (for real this time).

I could take over if things get way out of hand for you...

First match is pretty long, and finished at 13:37 minutes. A lot of throwing and general fight, and both fighters did good. Really wanted the seemingly naked guy to win. Oh well.

Second match: Surviving 15 minutes, Mr. Clean impressed.. but too bad he can't beat a veteran on the ring. Some nice moves, but it lasted too long for me to point some out. And submission strikes again!

The third match is very pugilist. Lots of blows here and there. Just the way the new, and probably, improved True Angry Italian works for me, except he can fly as well as I can fly in Rocket League. And submission again... I swear I put it at a low priority in offensive.. I think.

Fourth match: the battle of the Patrick Pinks. Don't know if it's intentional that Von Pain is wearing a bra or something.. But the way the match ends? Is that a K.O?! This game is very ahead of it's time!

The last match was really quick. I'd say it was one sided.

General quote: The A.I should really stop letting them have like no juice in them when they get out of the ring, since it takes the whole battle to reach 10 minutes. If only there was an option for an anywhere falls..

KILLFEED:

Bernie Sandman > Submitted (BCL) > Expand Dong
B.K. Glover > Submitted (Armbar) > Mr. Clean
The Angry Italian > Submitted (Bearhug) > Fernando Goncalvez
Ricky Von Pain > K.O (Piledriver) > Ming Lee
Mohammad Ahmed > Submitted (Octo) > Magato Kotaro

This post is the post that breaks my 10 days of "no posts in any GTPlanet forum thread for an active user". Not that I care or anything.. *weeps silently*

Really intense match against the Angry Italian. Calvo got a few near falls and kept a steady offensive. Caught out by a Strowman-style bear hug submission.

Turns out I'm about as good a luchador as Sin Cara.

Going to change things up a lot for Series 3.

Let's... Just forget that ever happened.
It happens. We'll never give you grief over it.....*pffft*.....yeah, you'll get some ribbing. It won't be much though.

One hour for five matches!? And what matches they were! I'll do a promo....once I can feel my limbs instead of pain again. I got it handed to me for sure, the camera cut before the medics could be spotted.

Strike exchanges, just like Kenta Kobashi vs Kensuke Sasaki in their infamous match at Tokyo... except not as epic. But hey, it was still one heck of match regardless. Also, I'm astonished that my favorite moment in this match (and so far, the entire season) went unnoticed by everybody else here;

I mean dude, that's mindblowing stuff. Glover pulled off a freakin' Fire Thunder Driver before this, but did he go for a cover? Nope, just a coast-to-coast diving enzuigiri to the head. I really said to myself "he won't make that", before Glover made a fool out of me...

He's just showing the new guy how it's done

And he also showed him how it's not done; with all the missed Spaceman Planchas and whatnot, Glover looked a bit like a rookie Taka Michinoku who couldn't quite grasp the idea of high-flying properly... The match was great, but boy, these guys were really messing up spots left and right. Sloppy luchador style!

Also, it seems that despite your "safety" measures, the game still insists on ending matches in a submission... Maybe that's just how the A.I. rolls, really. That doesn't happen as often when I sim matches in Fire Pro Wrestling Returns, or King of Collosseum 2 for that matter. Yes, there are some random pinfalls off lame moves like a snapmare, but at least you get pinfall finishes most of the time...
