Aside from the horrible made movies, in my list was number 2. It went along with Street Fighter : Legend of Chun-li being number 1. The story is about a son is out for revenge for the killing of his mom. Mortal Kombat has a similar actor and probably in a similar role.

I knew I recognize the scenery from the trailer, but I've never seen the movie. Also, I actually just looked up "Tropical island horror movie" because I didn't remember the name, then I just read the big list and "Turistas" made a memory click, so I think that's it.
