Sorry guys. I always forget when I've made a guess at one of the photos and I never expect to get them right! I'm happy to go along with the picture posted by RUI.

Good to see you back Rui, I wondered were you'd been but it did mean I managed to guess a few movies ;)

I'm going to go with Paul Newman in Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid

Sorry I took your turn PA!

Good to see you back Rui, I wondered were you'd been but it did mean I managed to guess a few movies ;)

I've been around Neal, just haven't had much time to search and post here (and most likely didnt know any of the films you guessed) ... ;)

It's not Butch Cassidy...
Right genre, but wrong film and wrong decade, too.

Nope, it's not Paul Newman.
It's a less well known actor but playing the title role here (the real leading character is a woman though).
It's a classical western but an odd one, much more loved in Europe than in the US.

Once Upon a Time in the West?

I must admit I'm not really into Westerns so I've recruited my wife on this one but it's a case of the blind leading the blind!

High Noon?

I don't remember High Noon being in colour, though.

:) You're right. High Noon is in black&white;

You're also right about the number of words in the title. Though it's not Gary Cooper you can see in the pic.

I haven't. I'm not really a great fan of Westerns. I saw High Noon, but it was during a film class back in college. I've also seen some of the classic spaghetti westerns starring Clint Eastwood, but as I said, I've never been a big fan of the genre.

Here's the next one.

Well that clue certainly helped!

The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension

 I thought I knew movies til I found this thread  Got no clue on this one TB.

Jerome

Negative.

But closer based on the year it was released.

Not Garfield Gets Real.

We're just gonna keep going up the imdb list, aren't we?

And it's still Odious.
