No, not driven a 370Z at all, never mind on a track. But I see nothing wrong in principal with the way the un-tuned version handles... haven't run the tuned one much yet, so I'll reserve final judgement until I've had a proper run.
The untuned version is lovely though. The handling feels very realistic to me... try to carry too much speed in to the corner and it understeers, Try to brake too deep in to the apex and it understeers, Try to jump on the gas exiting a corner and it oversteers. This is how a FR car behaves in real life.
Just like a real car, it responds well to smooth control input... throttle/brake/gas... try to use too much throttle with too much steering lock applied and it will slide. Get the steering angle right and there's loads of grip at up to about 90% of full throttle. And I'm no drifter, but I had no problems holding slight oversteer slides in it (quarter turn of oposite lock) and finding the balance point with the throttle.
People complaining about the handling of this car are undoubtably over driving it... pushing too hard, missing the apex through understeer, then piling on steering lock to try recover their line and then wondering why it spins when they get back on the gas.
Try slowing down your entry speed a touch and you'll find you have a lot more fornt end grip... and as a result, you can use less lock and get back on the throttle much earlier.
