ohh you poor guys with 56K, must suck to have 56K, I run 28.8K all of the time, cause AOL, my phone connection, and anything else screws up my 56K modem so the highest it runs is 28.8K...but 56K must really suck...

naw, no owch, it's been a pain for 6 years(it was the same with our old pc, and then we get a brand new Dell, and so were all happy cause it's got a 56K modem, but nuh uh, not for us, 28.8K is all it wants to run....

I think that it's our phone line...something's screwy with it...the only way to find out would be to plug my pc into the main phone line and test it...

oh mine used to. i've had mine up to 54K, but that was with juno. for some reason juno stopped working for my computer ((still works on all my friend's computers, and some of theirs are older even)) and i had to get a new service.
