If it's a female cashier, I'll probably ask her out on a date.

"So, I see you reserved me a copy of GT5. That's noble of you. Let's grab a bite to eat, see a movie and play GT5 all night?"

"No GTFO of my GameStop."

:sly::dunce:

I normally refuse to pay more than £40 for a game, but for GT5 I'd make an exception and increase that to £50, but that's it. Special Edition or not, any more than that and it would stay on the shelf.

If she happens to say yes, you know she's a keeper! ;)

Well now, I get low and I get high, And if I can't get either, I really try. Got the wings of heaven on my shoes; I'm a dancin' man and I just can't lose. You know it's all right. It's OK. I'll live to see another day. We can try to understand. The New York Times' effect on

Apparently people are guessing the song in threads with messaging me about it.
Of course people will guess in threads without messaging you - that's why I've read posts where mods ask for "quizzes" to be taken out of sigs, because they cause threads to just randomly go off-topic!

Rod Stewart - Young Turks.

A pointless quiz when a copy and paste into Google gives you the answer! See, I am perpetuating this off-topic thing even more now. Seriously though, what is the prize for somebody PM'ing you the answer? Surely there must be one, otherwise why bother? Now can you see why mods want quizzes removed from sigs?

If it was a limited release like you say, I think I could push myself to pay £60 - £70.

If it was any other game, i'll be patiently looking for the best price offer online, but for me it isn't any other game.:)
Same here. For a Special Edition, I don't think it would cost more than $120US, and unless it's a very special edition, along the lines amar212 talked about, I don't think it would sell for more than $99.95. However, if the price was higher, I wouldn't even count the pennies, it would be pre-ordered that day. :sly:

Well, and Ratchet & Clank... I have a soft spot for that little furball and his coke can sidekick.

LOL @ $300-400, and $500-600.

It had better come with a G27, some Sparco racing gloves, and some hot chick's phone number for that kind of cash.
A single, available, and interested Japanese chick's phone number... va-va-va-vooom!

Waiting game killed this series for me, years ago. I'd still buy it at $60, the normal retail price around here.

Just curious to find out how much would you pay if PD released a Limited Gold Edition of GT5 this week ? I know Id pay a maximum of 300US $ !!!!!!! and im unemployed !

Me too, that is the ONLY game I would buy for ONE YEAR! And I love to buy games! That is how much I love GT games!

I dont care how much or the amount i would pay to get GT5, like me & a lot of others, the only reason i brought a PS3 was for GT5

Just be happy when it does arrive.

id pay anything however i answered $100-200 as im not a billionare

Got the wheel, dont need the gloves, got the hot chick, need the game..

id pay 5-600$ for it, if a fully done special edition was released this week, and i knew i otherwise had to wait till october etc.
I know if i didnt go buy it, my wife would hurry and do it for me anyways.
