I'd probably advise the opposite, especially in the case of "teen love" - that thing we all have when teenagers when we're "in love" with someone... For "girls", losing their virginity hurts (and I'm reliably informed that second and third time isn't so much fun either - and I should add that my informant had been banging away for 2 years before she met me). For "boys", it's more a case of awkwardness.

Think of it this way - losing your virginity is having sex. Making love is what you do with the person who's worth it.

Find someone, bang 'em, then look for someone worth making love to (and this applies also to any virgin ladies who may be frequenting a Gran Turismo-based forum site).

I was always a big kid growing up, so I was always given more respect or responsibilities that other peers. I was seen as an "adult" before I wanted to be, and having sex at 12 was something that I did to myself that I saw as being too adult. That's one reason why I regret it.

The other reason, I didn't really like her. She was the most popular girl in school, I was seen as somebody popular even though I didn't have any friends from school. But when you're tall, muscular and play the guitar, you are seen as somebody "cool" in jr. high school.

Anyway, I was 18, she was 23 and way more experienced at life AND sex. I was stationed near her, and her main man was on the opposite coast. From what I've heard that's the kind of thing that's best left as a fantasy. One of my friends actually did this, and ultimately it destroyed their relationship.
