NOT ANY OF THEM.

The BEST seasonal event currently (and I've done them ALL) is the Ferrari: La Festa Cavallino: Sarthe Circuit 2009 / 1 Lap. You earn 504,000 credits in less than 4 minutes every time you do this race. I regularly blow 15 mill in the UCD and then turn around make it all back in a couple hours on this track.

I could win this race in the 458, but I was passing the last car about 2 seconds before the finish line every single time. So I won a few races and bought an Enzo which easily takes first place by the second turn with a tune that works well for me:

AERO
Default

TRANNY
249 MPH

LSD
30/10/10

SUSPENSION
-18/-16
9.0/7.6
4/6
4/6
5/7
2.5/1.0
0.0/0.30

BRAKES
7/6

Tips:

Use a steering wheel if you own one. This race is difficult with the controller and sometimes when I'm lazy I do it from the couch with the controller anyways, but with the Logitech G27 wheel it's a breeze.

Cut as many corners as you can. There are several spots on this course that are "blocked" off with cones (such as the last two hairpin turns just before the finish line), but if you just drive right over the cones you can cut precious seconds off of the race.

I won this race at the last second in my 458 many times by driving right over the median and grassy area by the finish line to cross first while the lead car carefully maneuvered through the two hairpin turns at the end. :)

The best way to earn money is the SEASONAL events. For example, I've been farming money this week on the current Super GT Seasonal Event. The race at Eiffel pays $523,000 to win. Playing 3 hours a night, I've gone from 2 mil to 18 mil in about 5 days. Seasonal races have MUCH higher payouts than any other races. Just go to the seasonal screen and mouse over each event. It will tell you what the payout is.

X2!!!

The Eiffel race can be completed in 5mins(5 laps at 1min/lap) for $500k!

I usually do 2-4 races everytime I startup GT5 just to have some cash. In 30 mins you can realistically get $2 - 2.5 Million

That's funny H0urg1ass, I had an Enzo for the seasonal and found I had to use the 458 instead so I could win easier. I find the Enzo completely out of control but the 458 with a little tweaking is a dream to drive.

In the special events, look for the Ferrari's event. There is 1 race on the Le Man's Track that'll give you 500,000 credits. Plus its only 1 lap ;)

Indeed, that's funny. I found that the 458 was amazing at cornering but too slow in the straightaways. The Enzo is a whale in the corners, but just blasts through the straightaways, so what I do is just burn top speed through the straights and then slow way down in the corners and I finish the race about 8 seconds faster than in my 458.

In the end, whatever works for you is the best!

Go to the seasonal events, and find the compact car event. Go to the last race which is 5 laps of the Tokyo kart track. I recommend using the Mazda Autozam and buying the highest level parts available. It takes less then 4 or 5 mins and go's by quickly and you earn about 400K.

In the Ferrari Event, I use the Enzo (gold paint, lol) and cheat a bit by going off the track and into the kerbs. Also on the straght away I just go right through the sand and onto the next road instead of taking the turns. Also for the last two turns. I lap in less then 3 and half minutes. About 7mil in an hour.

I thought the challange of the game was to drive the course, not cut corners, drive thru sand, and run over cones. The payoffs are huge, so there is no need to cheat.

RACE!!!! This game was ment to be enjoyed not how to get the most cr. Sit back relax and enjoy the ride and feel of every car you have, if you do this you'll have you're cr. In no time and you'd have fun in the presses :)

RACE RACE RACE.... I'm sorry I got carried away with that 4 letter word. That word is pretty catchy. By the way what were we talking about?

Hey folks a stupid newbie questions:

which level are the seasonal events?

Cya,
Hankster

Go to the my gt screen where you find the a and b-spec events. Seasonals are on the left side above the ocd. it's clearly marked.

Personally an one make race only geared toward Ferrari cars at the circuit de la sarthe(Which is one of the competitions in the seasonal event "La Festa Capellino") or the challenge at Nurburgring in Gran Turismo all stars is strongly recommended for you to earn money accurately and rapidly.

try to win the Volkswagen Kubelwagen Typ 82 '44 or something, then sell it, its worth over a 100k

but if you sell it ya can't take it round the 'ring!

I am stuck at 200% earnings....when does it triple? I know it does because I've read so many people talking about it?

THANK YOU!

No it does not triple.

Its so easy to collect credits nowadays, Yesterday I spent 20m on a X2010 and within the hour was back at 20m in my bank, easy peasy.

And how do you get 20 million in an hour??

Folks, do the seasonal events.

They can be repeated, and all those events if won give you about 3 million. =D

But you need to sign in at PSN. And i'm pissed off beacuse of that.

Sorry for writing so poorly. rsrs
I ran the B spec season race last night twice and on the 3rd time barely won. The AI difficulty seems to go up each race. I wasnt sure if GT5 had "days" like the other GT series or not. Usually each day that went by in the other series, the AI got more difficult. If GT5 has "days" how can I tell exactly what day I am on? And does the AI get more difficult each day that passes like the other series?

If thats the case its going to make some of the events later on, very difficult. Thats why I dont usually do anything like this in the GT series to make money.

I did the seasonal events, when i logged on one day it told me my winnings were increased to 200% so I did the drift trial and time trial and made 2 million from those, then i did the ferrari events and did those a bunch of times and long story short was up 4.8 million.

Yeah I will have to check that out for sure. In fact I still need to check out the season events. I only tried the (1) B spec event yesterday for the first time.

No one answered my question. Does GT5 had "days" like the other GT games?

Dead easy. spend your credits then empty bank of bob. 👍

^ This ^

For easy money I remote race bobs. I have 2 accounts and I use one set to race the bobs on the other one.

Example: Last night I got home after 2 days of racing one bob (new account) all day. When I finally hit "receive rewards" I got $600k ($300k with 200%) from a level 0 driver who then immediately jumped me to level 25 Bspec without me even doing a single bspec race, it was all remote. I was then able to access all events including specials that lvl 25 allows AND I was allowed 6 drivers so I have now 6 drivers on that profile racing all day at 200%... When I next click to get awards I will have 6x the amount of money x2 for 200% bonus = equivalent of 12 drivers PLUS will jump heaps of levels... all done completely through Remote Racing and no Aspec... That account is currently at 0/25!!

That is the best way to get cash for me, I do it when I am away from home and then when I am home I play myself and do not have to grind!

Yes. Every time you hit start in an A spec race or licence test the game will advance by one day.

A-spec like the wind You get 70,000 per race and if you have 200%
You get 140,000. Its easy to win with x1.
