I would also bet it doesn't take into account chassis flex either (hence why you would require diff physics to counter the fact the kart probably isn't jacking the inner rear wheel when cornering).
Will be interested to see how far they went into kart physics or if they just tuned up normal car physics.
Since 100cc Karts don't have a reverse gear,Polyphony made it so you could have one.Since these cars only have 1 gear you can go the same speed in reverse.
Gotta give credit to the guy going in reverse though 👍
Its not reallly a bug, go karts have only one forward gear however most racing games add a reverse gear so you can get yourself out of trouble (fair doo's). It would be logical that both are the same speed, thats what you are seeing. Yes I know turning would be difficult bus aslong as tyres are hot go karts have so much grip that It may actually be possible.
