Will you need internet to launch forza horizon 4. Is any internet required to play the game offline?

Not on XBox, Though depending on the DRM used for PC it might. FH3 won't launch on PC for me if I'm not connected.

Yeah. but be warned, The game is big. The XBoxX/PC version is listed at over 90GB, too big to fit on a standard Blu-Ray Disc so some of the content may be locked behind downloaded updates.

We won't know until the game releases. My guess would be some cars and special events like the Halo Showcase will have the necessary assets as a part of the day one update, But the game will have everything needed to play through an offline campaign included on the disc.
