The CTR3 would be cool to get eventually, but only after we've bolstered our membership numbers a bit.
I think the RT12R will be great to drive if it's AWD on factory tires or RWD on slicks. But if they try to do RWD on factory tires, I don't think people will like it for the most part. Sure there will be a few masochists who enjoy it, but most people would gravitate towards the easier one to race.
We've got quite a few "street cars" in iRacing like the Jetta, MX-5, and Solstice. The RT12R has more racing modifications than any of those cars.
Just that those you mention here have a real life racing series to their car, witch they scanned. The RUF does not. CTR3 also is very much a road car.
What's next? Bugatti Veyron and a Pagani?
Personally I think they go the wrong way, and I'm disappointed. Waste of build time, when they could create something that could stand next to their slogan "motor_SPORT_ simulation".
Well, it will be one of those cars I wont buy
