I hope you spoke with someone reliable, I called three of their stores in Montreal and nobody could confirm a delivery date. EB Games won't have them until tomorrow.

I can confirm that the gamingzone in Verdun, montreal will have copy today for pre-order.

I can confirm that all Ottawa EBs will have GT4 today. The EB in Orleans is getting 200 copies (164 of them already pre-ordered)
I pre-ordered this morning and I was #164 at that store alone.

Gamestops around me say if I come in today and put a $5 deposit down they will have me a copy in the morning when they open up. Tempting, but the closest Gamestop isn't worth the insane traffic on the side of town it's on.

I went to Gamestop today, and the guy told me "we'll have gt4 this evening, and you know, IT'S NOT SUPPOSED TO COME OUT TODAY, IT'LL COME OUT ON 23, but we were able to get us few copies one day earlier" What a super asshole, he thinks i don't know anything about GT4, i wish I had a GT Planet membership card so I could show that moron who I am I don't know what's wrong with that gamestop store, the last time I had a guy told me WE8I internantional for PS2 won't come out untill March, now I have an idiot trying to fool me with the most stupid trick ever. 👎

Just called there, actually he's not sure about it, he said overall shipments of GT4 for Canada's are about 20% of what they initially expected. He told me to call him back later during the day.

No doubt, a lot of stores are trying to tell me it's not out until tomorrow or some other wacky date.. I'm like uhh no it's out TODAY jackass. Some promising stores so far for today's shipment: K-Mart and CircuitCity. You guys might want to call these stores.. The lady at K-Mart checked the back for me. . she says she'll get her shipment in around noon time.. the guy at CircuitCity was knowledgeable and told me they were "supposed to get it today" but haven't yet.. and to call later in the day after they recieve their shipment and hopefully it'll be in. I'm gaining on this, guys.. trying my best I swear!

Yeah, I heard about that. The guy at my local Gamestop said that it was pushed back because of some publishing errors. I thought he was just talking out of his ass like most of them do so I guess he was right.

Okay called another EBGames, said IT WILL be in today at around 5pm (after the shipment comes in). Guy was cool as hell, he was like "Yeah i'm waiting for it too!" and gave me some precise details on the shipment. Called another one just now.. said "Tomorrow" and pretty much hung up. And the last close EBgames to me said "Possibility of it showing up later tonight, if not definately tomorrow."

I deal with worse at work. I would gladly trade dealing with customers who are pissed off because they didn't get the right order for customers calling over the phone asking when you're going to get a game in. I would do that any day.

My brother worked at EB for 4 years, and is still in contact with all his friends who currently work there. They told me that they'll get GT4 at 1pm or 4pm, since the shipments come in those waves. Either way i'm in no rush, since like many of us i've been anticipating this day for over 2 years, what's acouple hours going to do.

I just stopped by my gamestop and the guy tells me... we have about 100 pre-orders and only about 40 games are due to arrive so its first come first serve. I am suddenly feeling the onset of a 24 hour virus that will be showing full blown symptoms at about 2pm today which is ironically when the guy told me to come back. Guess I'll be forced to leave work so i don't infect the other employee's hahahah.

Oh and as far as the gamestop employees being jackass's.... I was there for the first fifteen minutes of them opening and the guy recieved 10 phone calls, and 5 walk ins asking about the game. Their patience will be running thin all day I am sure.

i agree and seems like the eb stores vary wildly, my eb says gauranteed by 7pm tonight, in california at least...

Well, if they cannot deal with consumers calling every ten minutes trying to BUY from their store and become so rude, so i guess they are just not educated enough.
