My tunes will be updated with a Logitech G27 with Force Feedback Max Torque at 5, Force Feedback Sensitivity at 6 with ABS at 1. (10/15/14)

Tunes
To get the right ratios for the transmission

First you must install all engine and weight upgrades and also the oil change, (If the tune calls for one)
Then you follow the instructions right below.

Transmission

First, you must set initial final gear.
Second, you must set max speed.
Finally, you can set the regular final gear.

Also change final gear ratio to a certain track.
Top Speed part of the tune means what the transmission is limited to.
You probably will almost never get there.

Reviews

I love reviews and believe they help any tuner become better,
because it lets us know what they need to work on.

So feel free to give a review on how well I am doing.

Enjoy

Here is the link to @praiano63's transmission setup.
It is so simple to use and more info is in the post I have linked you to.

Thanks

Thanks to @shmibal_GT for some amazing pictures.

SNAIL [Spec] Racing

SNAIL Spec Racing is a great racing league with many amazing drivers and they all are very nice and very helpful.
They have all given me help on car control which has lead to this tuning garage.

Here is the link to their site.

SNAIL [GT1 Championship] Series

@shmibal_GT presents.....

3 Quick Tips For Better Photos

1) Capturing the Speed and Excitement of Racing

By using the panning mode and shutter speed to your advantage, you can bring the sensation of speed to almost any photo. First, adjust the panning mode to panning mode 3. Then bring the shutter speed down as low as possible without having too much blurriness. Most photos can be taken with a shutter speed of 1/60th of a second. If you have the panning mode at a different setting or leave the shutter speed at a high number, the car in the picture will look like it is standing still. The following example shows this:

CircuitdelaSarthe2013_zps35e49caf.jpg

By making the aforementioned changes to your camera, the road and most of the background will become blurred, giving a intense feeling of speed, Like the picture below:

CircuitdelaSarthe2013_1_zps326f3617.jpg

2) Play with the Sun

This tip is completely up to the photographer. When taking your pictures, find lighting on the track that is very interesting and appealing. Sometimes a simple, well-lit photo during a race can look amazing, like the one below:

SilverstoneInternationalCircuit_16_zps9bcd8f78.jpg

Nothing seems to beat a warm sunset during a race. This is some of the best lighting Gran Turismo has to offer:

SilverstoneInternationalCircuit_17_zps30b3b4dd.jpg

Night racing can provide a beautiful setting for racing photos. This half-lit Mustang looks great with the faint stars in the evening sky.

3) Lights, Camera, ACTION!

This is another easy step to great pictures in Gran Turismo. When taking a photo, find an interesting angle to snap from. This could mean taking a shot from a low angle (giving an even better sense of speed), tilting the camera (better sense of action), finding the most visually appealing side of the car (like taking a picture of someone with the good side of their face showing). Tilting the camera and shooting from a lower angle are some of the most important tips. The image below follows almost none of the steps mentioned before. This photos looks more like security camera footage than an artistic representation of Motorsports.

CocirctedAzur_8_zps233152b1.jpg

After playing with the angle and so on, this picture becomes a lot more exciting!

Hope this guide helps!

If you like, submit your Stratos to the Difficult Car Thread this month. It's not a competition, but be prepared to have the car reviewed. Just a suggestion. 👍

Could you get me a link to that page?

alright mate, the Stratos is the focus of the Difficult Car Spotlight thread if you fancy throwing your tune up in there? Its not a competition so much, just a meeting of minds to find out peoples approach to some of the trickier cars in GT6.

edit: I see XS has already invited you, I'll get you a link

Ah, thanks DolHaus! Like I said, a few of us will review the tunes in that thread and give feedback based on what we experience. The idea is to take the most difficult cars to tune and/or drive in GT6 and make them enjoyable and useful in events or online. So any feedback is meant to make the tune better, not rate it against anybody else's tunes. That's just a recap of the Difficult Car series started last month, so if you're interested feel free to get involved with your Lancia. I doubt I'll have a nomination thread like I did last month, but if you have any ideas for our next Difficult Car let me know too and I'll include them in the poll thread for next month's car. Cheers.
