It was announced earlier that there will be a pm sent out to all drivers just before op completetion and right at op completetion to give all drivers a fair chance to pick there chassis.

And once again let's keep the brutal treading to pm's plz!

You didn't answer me Joe when you were questioned on this.

1 - Are you going to favour EST guys or GMT guys when you decide to do it this way?

2 - Are you also going to favour the guys that don't have jobs or family to worry about?

Personally i think that's the worst way possible to do it.

Or reverse order so the slower guys get a choice first, and it should start from the People that had a minimum of 70 percent race attendance last season
 
Sorry for butting in,
You could ask everyone to pm Joe with their choice of 3 cars which they would be happy to drive. The stewards could assign people to teams trying to keep each team as equal as possible. Not everyone will get their 1st choice but most will get their 1st or 2nd and everyone at worst will get their 3rd choice.

If we playing it like that I say in order of most events attended, oh wait that's me and Pepsi having 1st and second pick.

In all seriousness though just let joe post it when he wants. It's his series after all guys. And in how many other series do you get a say when the thread is posted? No matter when it's posted somebody will be disadvantaged, there's no way around it. Pepsi for example is GMT+8.
There's no perfect way in which every driver gets what car they want at what regs they want. Lol it would be amusing if the person who gets first pick then moans about how unfair the car regs are...

There were a couple of rude things said a few post back(page 25), it needs to stop. Yes we all have our moments, even seth :). Leave the complaints, rudeness or problems to a PM. 👍

Seth is a steward guys, please respect the fact that he is and it goes the same for all the stewards. 👍

The best way I've seen this done is via lottery, so I will create a youtube video of the lottery picking so every is assured there is no corruption going down. The most important part to this scenario is I will need a list of all the sign ups so I can enter the names into the lottery draw!

I will start work on the season 2 op this weekend, but in the meantime plz sign this sign up sheet so I know who's attending?

I'm in favor of Softs/Mediums. Especially if the race distance is slightly increased. That will definitely mean a possibility of 2 stops instead of just one.

Might I suggest we run a lap minimum if were going with option tires or whatever. I don't want it so a guy does 3 laps on mediums then uses softs the rest of the race. There was a farce of this in another touring car type series.

I'd say what 20%min on mediums? That's like 6-8laps orso. We gotta keep it reasonable so people can actually race different strategies lol.
