we got sum good footage
nurburg ring at dawn or dusk is spectacular we need to start and end on the same track so it ends were it began i would suggest montegi its close and fast

I personally would rather not do the same track twice in the same season lol. Preseason and season sure, but not 2 points scoring rounds
 
The Silvia Razo wasn't bad as the lap times have showed in the past. I will actually use it if I don't win my '08 Cusco Subaru seat!

I was thinking the same thing when I finished with GTRRL, that's what I did the Nordschliefe spot race. We can add the Nordschliefe as an all-star race after the season ends. Even tho we think the track is cool a lot of drivers from the series will opt not to driver there as was proven at the spot race last year, if you guys remember.

Fuji GT Fuji F is better IMO. With the chicane there's less track cutting to police at the end of the race.

SSR5 Rev Reverse has awkward pit entrance, very complicated if you're racing as it comes out the tunnel.

We'll ask the fellas which out of Monza, Spa, or Suzuka they wish to try TC/WC on. I personally don't think we should do Le Sarthe because we're in -400hp cars and if it rains a 200km race could take 2hrs plus to complete.

Seth: Fuji F is looking like the for sure winner!
 
Yeh switch to fuji f and ssr normal , should work out better for you stewards
 
If we do a weather track I say Spa. Suzuka is good, but that gets really tricky. At least with Spa it's got more run off area to forgive mistakes. Even if I'd rather Suzuka, I think it'll be better for the race if it's at Spa.
 
from previous experience nurburgring isn't a very good enduro as many dont know or like the the tracks so are disadvantaged but even more so when its dark
so in are series ive did for nurburg the 2 guys that knew the track well finished on the podium and the other guy was just plain fast.
monza it better off as endurance
having a race at dawn or duck would be nice it would be quite nice compared to midday

as im going through the footage from last night is possible that during races if there was a good battle or over take could plz remeber or note down during pitting the laps and msg them to me

I like La Sarthe just because it also has time change not just weather, IMO it would be really cool to start a race at dusk and finish at night. Also, if we end up doing a spot race at the Nordschliefe maybe use TC/WC there as well?

Another idea could be to try TC/WC in the preseason and then vote if we would like it in the points scoring rounds.
 
I would like LeSarthe, but as Joe said, low power + long straights = boredom.
Now TC/WC on the ring...:sly: I'd love that.
 
I'm going to withdrawal as a regular driver. If I can be a reserve or make a couple ill do that.

How many of the tracks are having weather? Will it be all the tracks that have the weather option will be used that way or can we vote on it?

I'd like all the available weather tracks to be used in that way. They gives more variety and hopefully more action as it really throws up some brilliant races from my experience.

Edit - That's disappointing Tyler, I'd hope it's because of things at home rather than just a personal choice.
And hopefully we'll see you racing every week again in the not to distant future.

so here my thinking we designate a wet track and and an over nighter race
the other tracks that are capable of weather can be set to over cast and set the changeability to 0
for we can d a similar thing with time
don't do le sarth due to exploitation of short cuts

Bazzer: We'll most likely have another poll to decided which track will have TC/WC'
 
I hate rain races. That being said I hope we are only forced to do 1 of them. Overcast also makes the track slippery, so I hate those too. Night racing is awesome, I am down for that all the time. Just sharing my thoughts.

I would also like to add that when someone sets up a weather change race is pretty much like their saying we're going to race and the wet for sure, instead of just setting the room up to a possibility of rain. Just because the track has a weather change setting shouldn't mean we force it to rain. If that's the case we should just say rd whatever will be a wet race. If that's not the case here then I suggest we set it to a realistic setting and if it rain it rains. If drivers want it to rain then lets just put for example Spa round will be a wet race so people can just practice for the wet instead of wasting practicing for dry, when its just going to rain in the end anyways. :crazy:
