Id like to see 4 per chassis that way people who join late are able to have some sort of car choice.

Scenario 1:
Once the tread is up the picking will begin and soon as we hit 3 drivers per chassis that's it. Once we get to driver 17 (if it happens), we will re open the chassis selection from 3 driver per chassis to 4 drivers per chassis until we reach driver 22 - 24ish. If we get more than 24 drivers then we will re open the chassis selection a final time for a maximum 5 drivers per chassis @ 32 drivers per field. This scenario will allow the most people to drive the car of there choice vs getting whats left.

Scenario 2:
If we really want to push the issue of filling up the whole entire grid with different cars such as GATE with 36 drivers then we will lock the field at 4 driver teams then we will need 8 chassis which I believe were at excluding the challenge car Razo Silvia. And Jstc will be at full capable diversity limit.

note: a pm will be giving out right before and right at the moment of op completion so every has a fair chance to select the car of there choice.

There will be a total of 24 cars without the Silvia being added so that leaves plenty of choice. It will hopefully encourage a lot more variety and good team battles. Having 4 leaves a high possibility that some chassis' won't be picked.

I would also like to add that when someone sets up a weather change race is pretty much like their saying we're going to race and the wet for sure, instead of just setting the room up to a possibility of rain. Just because the track has a weather change setting shouldn't mean we force it to rain. If that's the case we should just say rd whatever will be a wet race. If that's not the case here then I suggest we set it to a realistic setting and if it rain it rains. If drivers want it to rain then lets just put for example Spa round will be a wet race so people can just practice for the wet instead of wasting practicing for dry, when its just going to rain in the end anyways.

If weather do get enough votes and we have a few I'd like to see 1 guaranteed wet race and 2 completely random so nobody can practice for the exact scenario. That still leaves 7 out of 10 to be completely dry.
