La sarthe...

Im using the remote B spec grinder, and was wondering if its possible to get just LA Sarthe instead of of a random track being chosen...?

Ctrl+Shift+Right Click on the widget at the bottom of your screen. Click Debug Mode.
preferences.preferredRace.value = id

Instead of the ID add the correct number based on the Country your "using"

ctrl+shift+right click doesn't give me a debug mode option - I just downloaded 2.5.2 from the front page of this thread. I'm new to Yahoo widgets, too. Am I missing something?

You're right-clicking on the Yahoo! Widgets icon in your taskbar?
