Watching the video now but it seems fishy why there would be so much crap about the cockpit view, I mean it's just a view it's not like it's a big secret or anything...

Nothing interesting really except Loeb saying "The game is fun, realistic the car responds quite well, it's always nice to be here" you know the usual stuff. Nothing new in that video, will wait for more

I can see why they don't want people seeing a slightly buggy cockpit view. If videos or screens of it were recorded by people it would spread over the net like wildfire and get a ton of bad publicity. I mean it's GT5 and Sony, most media outlets would jump at a chance to pounce on them so I really don't blame them at all.

Speaking of people recording stuff though, do we have any gameplay videos of GT5 Le Mans from this weekend yet? Has that minimax guy or whatever he's called managed to snag any footage yet? I was expecting some yesterday but now it's late Sunday evening and still no video footage, bit of a shame.

It's not bs, if the cockpit view is glitched, it's understandable for them to not show it since it could be bad publicity since GT as always been about clean and super perfect showings. Who knows, they're saying "very briefly" which to me means we'll get to see it sooner or later.

And if possible have patience. You waited 5 long years so you can wait 2 days till E3

I think it was made just for the event yes, unlike some others where you got the usual set of cars and generic circuits so who knows?

But yeah in the previous interview (from what the GT5rs guys posted) the build was done overnight or really fresh so.

Either way this is blown out of proportion way too much, it's just a view people come on, I know we're hungry for news but this is crazy even for us

Have you never heard of something going wrong at the last minute?

If they pulled the demo from Le Mans you probably also would moan about that.

They didn't intend to put a bug into it, it just accidentally appeared I guess, at least GT5 is getting closer to real-life............

Thats just it, it was made for Le Mans. Thats why it kinda of bugged me because people are throwing a fit over a view of all things in a demo build that was basically made for that event. If it was indeed made overnight, then that indeed explains this unintentional bug.
