No one has completed a race, either season, without making at least one stop.
I didn't pit at Tsukuba in the Miata.

what's the f1 points system?
Yeah, I don't think the F1 system will work here...when half of the cars going into a race have no chance of winning. Drivers would be encouraged to sandbag multiple races just to win one race.
I have no issue with the B class Driver's picking first. I don't need to pick first, because I can guarantee that I won't use the MGF next season. Too easy to win in.
I also think the race length is a bit long. It really pushes tire strategy and allows the FF cars to add in an extra pit stop with plenty of time to make back lost time...but on some races, the running order can be decided after just a few laps and drivers are stuck racing alone for an hour+. Perhaps 1hr length races is sufficient? It all comes down to how important you want pit strategy to be.
2)BTK and WiiFreak would still be doing very well without the MGF.

I've come to realize I hate the 206. Especially last race, in the public room, it was even tighter and twitchier than normal.
I'm hoping the next L2L series stays at 375. I have a few "sleepers" I picked up from the UCD I'd love to use, and think a PP upgrade would kill them. (Kei Car, anyone?)
Kei Cars CAN be competitive on 450 night, it just takes forever to tune them for everything they have. A kei car would be great on tires, but they can ONLY be fast on technical courses. Good luck running high speed courses in one. Are we still going with the no ballast rule for next season?
I love time index 60...! I'm always setting up my room like that now. Musnt of had much rain to run a 440 with softs on..
We'll be fixing it to sunny, right?
Yeah, fixed sunny. Time will be set so we get a full 24 hr cycle during the race.
This will still be weekday night. I don't know if there will be enough interest to do two nights. We'll see.
I honestly think the Talon could still do well if we started at 385 or 390. I imagine the '95 Eclipse is out of the range, though.
I still don't know if I'll do FR or FF. I'm leaning toward FF, but we'll see.
I'd strongly recommend against FF. It's just horrible for tire wear and once the power starts getting high.
When will we be picking cars? I'm really interested in doing this next time around. I've got some pretty decent stuff picked out, especially if we're moving to 385 or 390![]()
