Yes, its in a few cut scenes. most of which(read: all) happen in junon.

I believe they happen when you first arrive at junon and when they are moving the cannon( right before actually)

no really, i've been using it so long that its just like times new roman.

They only time i have problems when i save pics as image1, image2, image3 etc. etc. But i live with it.
