The font is called Bit Dust Two:
You'll find it at www.dafont.com under the Bitmap section.

To get the shadow, type your text on a new layer. Then go Layer > Layer Styles > Drop Shadow. In the drop shadow settings, change the opacity to 100%, the direction to 120°, the distance to 1, the spread to 100 and the size to 0.
